The First Roma Arte has the absolute best hotel staff we have ever encountered. Reception took care of an issue, totally unrelated to the hotel, that could have ruined our stay in Rome. The room was comfortable and welcoming. Meals at the rooftop restaurant and bar were outstanding, there was no reason to want to go elsewhere for a great meal. We loved our stay at The First Roma Arte.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and clean. The room was cleaned twice daily. The bathroom was large and luxurious, with an abundance of amenities including a toothbrush and shaving kit. Our room in particular had a large, private open space with a private jacuzzi. The breakfast every morning was delicious and very generous. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were welcoming and polite. When we had a question, they always had an answer. My only negative comment would be that we didn’t control the heat in the room. If we needed to change the temperature, we had to call downstairs to reception for them to make a change. Its in a great location. Close to Piazza Puopolo and a short and easy walk to the Spanish Steps Overall, this hotel is a winner

What an amazing experience! Our first trip to Rome and we just loved this newly renovated hotel! Charming yet elegant. The room was great with the most luxurious amenities I've ever had at a hotel. The location was perfect-- the heart of Rome, best area to shop, dine, drink and roam! The cherry on top was the very friendly and acoomdating service of all staff. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to all!

First time in Rome, on vacation with my wife, spent four nights at the First Roma Arte. The location of the hotel is excellent in relation to major sites, cafes, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. What set this boutique hotel apart was the friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional staff we encountered from the bell captains to the concierges to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. They seem to all share in the common goal of making guests feel welcome, they were all happy people and were proud of their hotel. We had a great time in Rome and they contributed to that overall experience. The breakfasts were very good and the work out room is modern and well maintained.

First Roma Arte Hotel: Bestlage (zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 20 Min. erreichbar); frisch renoviert, schönes Zimmer, tolles Personal (freundlich, hilfsbereit); Hotel hat Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt; sehr gutes Restaurant ! Unbedingt wieder !!!
