作為一名經驗豐富的旅行者，我在選擇住宿地點時總是會進行徹底的研究。我會查看地圖、閱讀評論，並格外小心地選擇住宿地點，尤其是獨自旅行時。我在羅馬市中心住一晚，預訂了 Locanda Parlamento 酒店，但這裡的體驗與我的預期相去甚遠。當我說我是一個經驗豐富的旅行者時，我的意思是我知道如何選擇住宿。我預訂了這家酒店的住宿並收到了確認。酒店甚至提前幾天聯繫我確認預訂，提供地圖並分享有用的信息，這給我留下了良好的印象。然而，當我到達並被帶到我的房間時，我感到震驚。這是一棟破舊建築裡的一間房間。如果你明白我的意思，它更像是一個按小時出租的地方。建築物很髒，房間本身狀況也很差。接待處僅在晚上 9 點前開放，之後將無人為您提供協助。雖然工作人員一開始很友好，樂於助人，但當我入住後需要幫助時，情況發生了變化。房間本身很不舒服，冷氣壞了，溫度很低。我嘗試聯繫工作人員，但凌晨 1 點後負責回應的人就無法聯繫了。我不得不睡在一個寒冷的房間裡。更糟的是，我把食物（盒裝披薩）留在廚房當午餐，但當我回來時，發現披薩上爬滿了螞蟻。我的包包裡也滿是螞蟻。當我通知接待員時，他們沒有道歉或提供協助。此外，當我退房時，鑰匙卡在鎖裡，沒有人幫助我。我對這家酒店的正面評價感到非常驚訝。也許只是我的運氣不好，住的房間不太合適，但我強烈建議其他人不要住在這裡。總而言之，我在 Locanda Parlamento 的體驗令人失望，我不會向任何想在羅馬尋找舒適可靠的住宿地點的人推薦它。我想我應該添加一些被螞蟻覆蓋的食物的照片？

旅館距離議會很近，正位於市中心一棟古老的建築內。房間裡有小冰箱、微波爐和水槽，有需要時非常有用。浴室很小，但因為我一個人所以沒有遇到任何特別的問題。無線網路連線有點不穩定，但整體來說還不錯。接待人員非常友善，隨時準備滿足顧客的需求。

美妙的住宿體驗，友善而熱情的工作人員，乾淨的房間，優越的地理位置，您可以在幾分鐘內到達一切。唯一的缺陷是浴室非常小，但最終，考慮到這家民宿的所有優點，它設法彌補了浴室的空間。我推薦它，如果我回到羅馬，我會再次選擇它。

我們在這個房間住了2天，它不是酒店或精品店，它是一個房間，他們不要欺騙旅客，如果真的是它的位置好，那肯定不值得花這個錢，它是到達那個地方令人沮喪。不幸的是，我們到達的那天已經很晚了，我們很累，我的丈夫和兩個孩子陪著我，如果可以的話，我們無法尋找另一個地方，我們肯定會的。當我們到達我從入口處不喜歡的地方時，我要求接待員在付款前帶我看看房間，她拒絕了，指出房間已被預訂，即使我們不喜歡它，他們仍然要向我們收費，對於在預訂中註明的時間之外遲到的情況，也要向我們收取20 歐元。房間沒有地方放衣服，浴室有異味，床不舒服。這個地方的裝飾雖然在照片上看起來不錯，但品味很差，品質很差，無法容納它的房子。一個衣架和一個用織物裝飾的紙板隔間，（我一生中從未去過如此可怕的地方）走廊又黑又髒，看起來像公寓。他們把它分成了幾部分，這就是他們提供的電梯很危險，從二樓開始，你必須帶著行李爬到二樓。有一個露台，顯然在那裡進行其他活動。我不推薦它，不要毀了你的羅馬之旅。此外，大樓裡有些居民不太友好，你可以在電梯、樓梯、黑暗的走廊上找到他們。住在那個房間的經歷很糟糕。

我預訂它是因為我想住在羅馬市中心，但我沒想到這一點。集合住宅類型的建築，設有住宅公寓、辦公室和 2 或 3 個可供出租的住所。晚上 9 點後沒有禮賓服務，最小尺寸的電梯壞了，房間約 8 平方米，不允許 2 個人在住宿內走動。簡而言之，我住在一間公寓裡，支付的是飯店的價格。

Localização ótima...perto de tudo ( restaurantes, sorveterias, lojas, bares). Possível fazer tudo a pé!! O quarto é muito pequeno...mal da para abrir 2 malas. Não existe cômoda com gavetas, não existe armário somente cabides pendurados como se fosse uma arara. Não existe prateleiras. Pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção o local não é indicado pois tem degraus. O banheiro é pequeno...não tem lugar para colocar um sabonete na área do chuveiro, muito menos o xampu...não tem box somente uma cortina de plastico que por ser o local muito pequeno gruda no corpo na hora do banho. Não é oferecido "mimo" nenhum....nem copo para beber água ou para tomar medicamento. As donas foram prestativas quando solicitamos copos ou troca de toalhas. O local é limpo. Chuveiro é bom. Tem secador.

Reception is only manned until 5pm and you can have a check in later up to 9pm free of charge but you must let them know in advance. After 9pm I believe it’s a 20euro charge. It’s not ideal when you arrive in Rome, as you are a bit restricted for getting straight to the hotel. Service was excellent, the lady who showed me to my room was lovely and most helpful. The location is amazing and lovely view at sunrise. When you arrive, there is a large door with 3 x flags above and you must press the buzzer there. The room itself was good however, the bed was not as comfy as hotel beds usually are and the double was two singles so essentially felt like a single. It is on the 5th floor and there is a tiny lift. If you’re not good with lifts as I’m not, it is quite a climb on the stairs. Worth considering if those might be an issue for you. As a solo female traveller, I do usually go for hotels but didn’t on this occasion. I did feel safe however the apartments are in a huge building and I probably wouldn’t stay in apartments on my own again. I think in a hotel, you do feel safer when travelling alone but just to note this would 100% not be an issue if I was with someone else. Also I had some very noisy neighbours one night and thankfully another man told them to keep the noise down a couple of times. I wouldn’t have been brave enough to do that on my own which have lead to a sleepless night! Having said that, I think the apartments are perfectly fine with an excellent location and the service was great. If you’re travelling with others then I think this is a good spot if the price is reasonable.

We had to cancel last minute due to a serious health issue. Our free cancellation fee was not applicable anymore. I texted the hotel via WhatsApp and Vanessa was kind enough to reply immediately and provide full refund! So heartful and understanding. thank you Vanessa!

This accommodation is in the heart of the city for location you can not get any closer to all the sites in Rome and as far as cleanliness goes 5 out of 5 top notch friendly staff and lots of contact before your stay to make sure you have the most amazing time in Rome they recommend lots of fantastic places to eat and drink and considering the location near the parliament buildings and the location it is so quiet a fantastic place to stay and I’ll definately return Thankyou to all
