la struttura ha sicuramente una posizione magnifica ma necessita di una rinfrescata. la stanza prenotata carina ma abbastanza trasandata: l'armadio non si chiudeva per cui la luce interna filtrava. muri sporchi, bagno molto piccolo e senza bidet, veneziane esterne da ristrutturare. un senso di non cura. non so poi come siano le altre stanze. personale gentile ma abbiamo chiesto di darci un voucher per non perdere una notte di prenotazione pagandolo immediatamente e non ci è stato concesso.

Muy bien situado a metros del Pantheon pero como hotel es muy malo. Son unas cuantas habitaciones en un piso, creo que 4. No hay nadie en recepción a partir de las 6:00 de la tarde. Al entrar al portal están siempre los cubos de la basura y hay que subir una escalera súper empinada para llegar a la puerta del hotel. Nuestra habitación, Poseidón, mal mantenida, la cortina da asco, la ducha y el lavabo no tragan, el armario infame, no hay ninguna mesa para poder usar el ordenador y trabajar un poco. A nosotros nos ha costado 100 € por noche incluido el desayuno, así que el precio bueno, pero la habitación necesita una reforma urgente en la entrada del hotel para personas con problemas de movilidad, imposible.

Everthing was excellent, great location and great service. We enjoyed a lot our stay. Great comunication with the recepcionist, we had to leave the room before 7 am and they gave us breakfast early which was great

This location cannot be beat. The hotel is a few steps away from the Pantheon. Important to note that taxis cannot drive right up to it and there are stairs with no lift if you have heavy bags. But the staff are so helpful and the room was very clean and quirky, cute. Breakfast is ordered the night before and served on a tray at a time of your choice to your room which worked great for us!

The location is first class . 100 yds to pantheon , 5 min walk to trevi fountain 15 min to Spanish steps . Taxi to Vatican around 10 euros and Same to Colleseum. Great restaurants all around so really close to most landmarks.

What a terrible hotel this is! It was dirty, poorly maintained, dark and poorly ventilated, many things broken. Early in the morning, people were standing next to the room door talking loudly for several hours, so that it was no longer possible to sleep peacefully. Worst of all: you can't lock the door yourself from the inside, and it felt very unsafe because of that. The key to the hotel room fits all the doors. Very strange and unsafe. Our complaint has never been responded to; no restitution. Way too much money for such a shabby place. The only positive point: the street where the hotel is located is very nice!

The only good thing about this place is its central location. Otherwise, multiple things were problematic. Our AC was leaking water and it caused the desk and floors to be wet. When we told them about this problem, they said to turn off the AC. Then the next day, the remote to the AC was taken away and we could not turn on the AC. Then our shower drainage, was not draining the water collected for an hour before it drained. Then the entry door sometimes does not lock, or it locks and cannot be opened with the key card. The reception is open only until 6pm and I have been contacting the emergency number to ask for a different room and the lady keeps saying we will fix tomorrow… this is also what they told us the first night. I have sent multiple WhatsApp messages and called them, no resolution and I feel they are going to keep saying ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ until the day we leave. We asked for a different room and they said it’s fully booked. We asked to be provided a room at their sister properties and they said they don’t work with the other properties. This hotel issues really affected our trip.

Fantastic small hotel. Location right in the middle of Rome within walking distance to all the main sights. Situated where all restaurants are available right outside. Reception very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast available to order and delivered to room. Very good.

The location is good, the staff is friendly, but we were there for 3 days, and the air conditioning never worked, They had no idea if it would be fixed. Leaving the window open was the only option, but the street is very loud. The staff leaves at 6 pm. Our room did not have a shower, only a bathtub.

Absolutely amazing! We were in Gea room and it was plenty for 2 people. Staff was extremely attentive and easy to work with. Location was perfect. Many restaurants just down stairs and shops. Pharmacy about 3 minutes walking if needed. Pantheon within steps and very easy walk to Trevi Fountain. All amenities worked very well and no issues. Breakfast was delicious and on time every morning. Delivered to your room in a half hour window of your choosing. Order and select time for breakfast the night before by 10pm. Only issue was one night WiFi was not working at all. With no staff at the desk after 6pm we couldn’t do anything about it.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveller. Location - literally 20 secs from the front of the pantheon. Easily walkable to all major landmarks in Rome. 10mins to Trevi fountain and 10mins to piazza navina. There are also electric scooters and bikes available outside the door. Hotel - it’s only accesible by a big door which you have to remember has a street opposite (I kept getting confused by the door as others look similar) the restaurant next to it is called Achilles di Pantheon which isn’t open everyday. You punch in a code to access the door and then you have a corridor to go down and a flight of stairs which if you can’t carry your suitcase you’ll have to drag it up. I would say about 10-15 steps (can’t remember exactly) however, as I can carry heavy weights this wasn’t an issue for me (I had a 22kg suitcase and handbag). The reception is right by the door and the staff are there from 9-6pm. Staff - all the staff I encountered were amazing. Room - I was in the Poseidon room which has a sensory shower. The pressure was not great on the rain shower head, so used the hand held to wash my hair as the pressure was pretty aggressive. Bathroom was pretty cool and came with all amenities, towels and slippers and a hair dryer. The room itself was quite large as was the bed. Had a big tv on the wall, had a skybox but it wasn’t plugged in or connected to anything and when you pulled it out you could see into the next room. There is a big wardrobe with a safe, extra blankets and pillows and a mini bar. Big window where you could look out on the street, shutters and a big curtain to block out the light. Aircon worked perfectly but as I became acclimatised to the heat I didn’t need it on all the time. Breakfast - was amazing! The first morning I ordered too much. You get a croissant basket with 4 large croissants, 4 different types of juices to choose from, toast with spreads, toasties with cheese, ham, salmon plate etc you get to choose. You place the order in a door card and hang it out before 10pm at night and choose the time you want it in the morning. The lady that delivered it was so sweet and lovely. Some of the reviews on here have been scathing but I think it’s because of these the hotel have upped their game. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

This hotel was lovely! Great staff who couldn’t do enough for you, excellent service and in a great location. Hotel was clean and the breakfast tasty, continental and some cooked items. Was there to celebrate my husbands 40th and it didn’t disappoint!

We arrived to an apartment type place that was by no means a hotel as advertised. It was 35 degrees outside and the air conditioner was broken. At first we were told it would be fixed that night. But being a Sunday we knew better. It never got repaired until the night before we left. 5 days in that heat!! The front end staff were extremely helpful and were probably as frustrated as we were. I sent 5 emails to management and finally got a response that they were working on it. We literally slept with wet towels on us just to get some relief. It truly ruined our vacation in Rome … we had nowhere to retreat to when we needed a rest. Management promised to compensate us by refunding on our credit card. But it’s been 2 weeks and we’ve seen nothing. I don’t imagine we will. Do not stay here. Desk is closed at 6 and if you need anything at all you’re out of luck. Management couldn’t have cared one way or another about our stay. Bathroom was so dark, you can’t even see to apply your make up. The tiny entrance door (if you can find it) opens up right into the garbage cans. Avoid this hotel, the photos are very deceiving.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Rome. Lots of little extras in the room and all very comfortable. Attention to detail is exceptional, helped a friend with transfers, helped with cases and breakfast in the room is a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.
