羅姆款待(Rhome Hosting)

Der Gastgeber Nico war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Bei Problemen und Fragen war er stets verfügbar. Aus Fehlern möchte er lernen und sich verbessern. Das Gästehaus ist gut gelegen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Vatikan. Das Zentrum Roms ist entweder zu Fuss (ca. 30 Minuten) oder mit Metro (ca. 10 Minuten) zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war gross genug und hatte eine bequemes Bett. Ebenfalls hatte es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, der allerdings nicht zuverlässig funktionierte (im mit den anderen Zimmern geteilten Gemeinschaftsraum funktionierte der Kühlschrank hingegen), und eine Nespresso-Kaffemaschine sowie einen Wasserkocher. Zu beachten: Das Gästehaus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Entsprechend kann es laut sein und die Luft schlecht. Mit geschlossenem Fenster kann man aber in der Regel gut schlafen. Der Preis dafür, dass kein Frühstück dabei ist, war ziemlich hoch. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Nicolò was a great host who couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our visit. He texted regularly to check that we were OK and to see if we needed any assistance during our trip. This kind of service is hard to find and very much appreciated. We stayed in room 3 where the accommodation was a spotlessly clean, comfortable base for our 4-day trip. It has all the necessary requirements with a warm, comfortable bed, powerful hot shower, tea & coffee making facilities and fridge. The location is excellent for touring the many sites throughout the city, and for us, it was particularly great for our early morning Vatican tour - it took us 5 minutes to walk to the meeting point. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you're thinking of visiting Rome and particularly suitable for couple.

Overbooked. I booked a Junior suite at Rhome Hosting with many weeks in advance but it was overbooked so when I arrive at the B&B, i was asked to checked in at another Guest house with lower rating, smaller room and no view. The is happend even after ai informed Rhome Hosting One day before my arrival that my flight was delayed so I needed to check-in later than the original time, the owner responded several times “No problem” so I trusted him. When I arrive at the building of Rhome, very tired and at night I was inform by the owner of the other Property that I had to check in at his Guest house instead of Rhome Hosting. He didn’t answer my calls only text messages showing a completely different attitude from our previous messages.. He started accusing me that it was my fault for arriving late and that at least he found a “Solution” because he wasn’t even required to checking me in. When he finally answered one of my calls, he was rude and end up hanging up on me without any apology just accusations and putting the fault on me. I’ve traveled a lot and have never experienced such a terrible service from a hotel/airbnb/B&B There are many good options in Rome but this one is not one of them.

Host Nicolò went all the way to accomodate us throughout our stay in Rome. We were a bit complicated, flying in from 2 countries at different Times, but 2 days before arriving Nicolò contacted me on WhatsApp to discus it all. Never was there a problem, he very generously accomodated everything and made it all work! Next to that he helped in restaurant reservations, ordered taxis back to the airport, and helped with all our questions. Super easy to have someone in Rome to help with little things on WhatsApp, answered mostly in 10 minutes 👍👍👍 The room itself was great for a city trip. Very clean, good coffee present (not some cheap home brand), very nice shower with good water pressure and massage settings if you want it. All in all Rhome hosting made our stay in Rome even better. I would highly recommend booking here! 11/10 👍
