좁지만 고급스러운 느낌이엿음 뷰도 나쁘지 않음 역이랑 나름 가까움 청결도 괜찮앗음 로마 호텔 전체적으로 나무 문이여서 아쉬웟지만 나쁘지않은 선택

Lovely environment and close to everything! Location is amazing and the bed quality was awesome!!! I wish I can bring the mattress with me. We loved it.

Very bad hotel the room old the furniture bad and old i dont know how they see it 5 stars hotel .toilets was not working properly I asked the reception so many time to fix it but the same problem was not resolved Unfortunately this was very bad experience in Rome because of uncomfortable stay Nice place like Rome must have good hotel with true star relay not worththe many it paid for it

This is the first time writing a review because I am a true believer in personal preference and everyone has their own tastes, and I did this before coming to this hotel, I wish I had listened to the reviews, they are right... there is no air con before 8th April and after October and when it is 20+ deg outside, these rooms are HOT.. The shower had limescale, the spa bath had fittings missing (very dangerous), the bed was broken, the lights above the spa bath were non existent. Do not use the mini bar...there is no menu for it, it is all chargeable (which is fine by the way) but how do you know what to pay with no menu?? the staff are rude and unprofessional. The only one thing good is the location...that's it, but there are other hotels in rome you could stay in for £400 - £500 that would be of the same standard if you are just using it for somewhere to sleep. I am writing this in case you were like me and thinking it will be OK, we stayed in a suite for £1000 and wish we had cancelled and changed when I read the reviews.

È un buon hotel per la posizione, molto comoda dalla stazione di Roma Termini. Le camere sono grandi e pulite e il rooftop bar è carino e ben servito. Contro: l'hotel ha dei dettagli che per la sua nomea e valutazione andrebbero sistemati (pareti scrostate, mancanza di campioncini come cuffie doccia/dentifricio/cotton fioc, ascensori polverosi). Nota di demerito per la colazione, per i prezzi che ha era davvero misera e carente anche di elementi basilari (come la semplice marmellata). Se avete restrizioni alimentari inoltre (celiachia, diabete, vegan) non troverete praticamente nulla. Per il prezzo che ha e per come è posizionato sul mercato questa è una mancanza non da poco. Non è un cattivo hotel, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è da rivedere.

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds : métro et gare de Termini très proches. Nous avons préféré prendre le petit déjeuner dans un autre endroit, bien moins cher et plus typique. Cependant le bar / restaurant au roof top est très bien après une bonne journée de marche, cocktails délicieux et barman de bon conseil. La chambre était très spacieuse, le linge et la literie de qualité. Produits de toilette et Bouilloire à disposition. Chambre confortable et bien chauffée.Le personnel est au petit soin, ils ont géré rapidement un souci dans la chambre qui nous avait été mise a disposition : service top. Nous n’avons pas passé assez de temps dans la chambre pour apprécier la vue depuis la fenêtre ce n’est pas un critère pour nous puisque nous sommes plus en promenade que dans l’hôtel. Le service de bagagerie est très pratique aussi bien à l’arrivée qu’au départ. Les hôtesses d’accueil ont été charmantes et parlaient le français, elles nous ont fourni plusieurs fois le plan de la ville, toujours avec le sourire. Bref belle expérience et très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo splendido Hotel. Si trova in zona molto strategica e comoda per raggiungere i principali luoghi della Capitale. Personale di alto livello, gentile e simpatico. Camera e ambienti pulitissimi e ben arredati. Terrazza al nono piano, spettacolare, luogo dove viene servita la colazione e alla sera cocktail bar. Il barman ed i camerieri fantastici. Prezzo corretto. Assolutamente consigliato !!!
