凱撒宮旅館的評價

環境真的很糟糕，房間照片已經是很漂亮的了。鐵床就像最次級的招待所，勞改所。窗簾是繩子綁的，窗還是貼紙上去的，主要是被子衹有薄薄一層被單，在歐洲的冬天要冷死，窗還漏風。。床上還有女生頭髮。。簡直入住十分鐘就已經想走了。。

La estancia es moderna y con todas las facilidades. El baño está muy bien y dispone de aire acondicionado. La ubicación es tranquila, es decir, algo alejada del bullicioso centro pero tienes cerca parada del metro/bus directo y zona de copas justo detras. Mejoraría la forma de contactar: te enteras nada mas llegar a la puerta por un folio escrito a mano en la puerta de la calle. Podrían adelantar esa información o facilitar por la agencia el numero de teléfono (obligatorio saber ingles/italiano)

入口不太好找，沒有收到如何進門的密碼進門進幾樓等訊息，隔音不太好，其他的都還不錯（衞生，前台服務，清潔用品等）。

沒有入住指示，床單很乾淨，但房間有點髒，牆壁上全是污漬。 空調運作良好 這種房型價格偏高

整體來說，這是一家物有所值的飯店，靠近地鐵，床上用品乾淨，肥皂、沐浴露、洗髮水，一切都齊全，還有水壺和吹風機

破舊不堪的建築。行李寄放到下午4點，收費6歐元。把行李寄存在行李寄放室從來不收費。 還是去別的地方吧。

設施狀況很差，寢具看起來不太乾淨，而且出遊有點混亂。我打了電話，但他們無法就日期達成一致，所以我們在入口處等了一會兒。

乾淨但是噪音大，熱水小，出水不穩定，其它正常。

太糟糕了，延遲入住要收 24 歐元，儘管被告知只要 10 歐元。照片已經過時，清潔度是一個真正的問題。房間很小，陳舊且雜亂。距離羅馬特米尼火車站步行 20 分鐘，位置還不錯，但說實話，我花的更少，得到的卻更多。不要留在這裡。

地址OK，有小陽台可以晾衣服，床墊是彈簧墊，不舒服

房間並不像照片中顯示的那樣，小得多而且過時。 我們預訂並支付了 3 個人的費用（2 名成人和 1 名 16 歲以下的兒童），中介和業主之間發生了混淆，他們給了我們一間帶雙人床的房間，我們 3 個人必須睡在裡面，業主告訴我，他讓我睡在那裡作為一個恩惠，如果我不感興趣，我可以尋找其他的東西，但第二天他給我們換了 50 歐元的補充，當第二天他到達時，他說他沒有房間，必須在羅馬尋找另一家酒店。最後，我們三個人在雙人床上住了一晚。 店主一點也不友好也不專業，讓我們在羅馬的住宿充滿壓力。

吹風機壞了，我要求修理或更換，但收到確認後沒有任何變化。 住了 3 晚。 有螞蟻 空調運作良好。

這家酒店很糟糕，維護得很差，床單上有昆蟲。清潔工作不太好，浴室裡有頭髮。提供無線網絡，但在走廊裡幾乎沒有信號。多付一點錢，住在別的地方。

The receptionist was very rude. We were calling and she never picked up, just messaged us via whatsapp asking who we were, with a lot of question marks and exclamation pint. Instead of how can i help? Anyway. We booked two adults and a child (16yo) for a room with max of 3 ppl. As of Trip.com a child is also upto 17yo! So she argued that she is 16, a teenager and NOT a child. So since we were already tired and had to deal with such personality. We asked if she knew were i can stay since she did not want us 3 in there for a night because of their policy. And we could not cancel either, since it wont be refunded. Hence i had to search for a room alone that late night. And luckily i found one near termini. The bed is also very springy - old mattress. And the heater does not see to work right. 30degress and did not feel like it - so i was told. Never book this one. There are a lot more nicer and also cheap places everywhere. This will just give you a headache.
