good!!! goooooooooooooooood good!!! no elevator but no matters they will get your packages to your room 1minutes from fontana di trevi crowded but nothing hear from your room. lovely staff. stuffed breakfast! toilet is kinda small though, I would go there again.

It is in the prefect location! The front desk and reception was extremely nice and always available. Our room had a weird smell, but other than that the room was nice enough. It had a lot of personality in it, so it was cool.

Peeling ceiling paint near the window, missing handle on bathroom cabinet, broken handle on shower door. Dusty bathroom. Beat up furniture. Reservation was for two single beds, but they didn’t pay any attention to that so we had to wait to check in.

We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage until our room was ready. On our return, luggage had already been placed in our room. We were in the annex rooms. The only thing we wish we had known was that our room was on a 2nd floor with a spiral staircase. Wife had part of her lung removed, due to cancer, years prior, and making the climb to the room was slightly difficult. We liked being able to look out our window and see all the people hustling and bustling in the streets below.

The gentleman working on July 23 during check in is excellent - we did not receive VIP - no room upgrade - no wine bottle - and had to lug our suitcases up 2 sets of spiral steps - also had issues with toilet sink and shower not working appropriately

The most amazing about this hotel is Tiger. A very sweet and incredibly helpful young man! He would shine anywhere. The hotel was in a great walkable location. Breakfast could have been a bit better more fresh. Air conditioning could also be better placed. Large bathroom. Very sweet and help staff.

The property was located in a good area, however in order to get to you room, you needed to enter through an alley. The rooms where off site and not located where you checked in, also there were no elevator, and two long flights of stairs in a circle like configuration. The staff was nice and they had a guy that carried both mine and my husband’s suitcase up the steps. The room was clean and orderly, I just was prepared for the location and steps..
