Accogliente ed ottima posizione!

Allora parto dal presupposto che viaggio tantissimo le recensioni aiutano davvero molto per orientarsi nel difficile mondo degli hotel, b&b, case, alloggi, resort, privati, alberghi e chi più ne ha più ne metta...quindi bisogna essere obiettivi, sinceri. Questo b&b no è male, ottima posizione, buon prezzo ( se riesci a trovare offerte su eDreams) check in on line(da rivedere), pulizia ( da rivedere) TV in camera da aggiustare ( non funzionante)...Ho dormito nella camera 5, piccolina...Concludendo ci ritornerei? Ni...Ma tutto sommato con piccoli accorgimenti si può migliorare

The room was OK. The bathroom was clean modern with lots of hot water. I was not a great fan of their electronic check-in, but maybe I’m behind the times. I and another guest had trouble opening the door with the key. I never saw the owners, but they were very quick to respond to any problem on WhatsApp.

First able the room was not ready. The building seem that was being remodeled so that could be the reason for not being ready. The maintenance person was nice and gave me the keys since I never received a code until I got there. It is very small and it look like someone got in when we were not there. Nothing was missing but I did not feel all right. The worst was the smell .. we opened windows but the smell was there. The room was clean and remodeled. The area was ok close to the colosseum about 23 minutes walking.. metro close by

Nos encanto la habitación, era grande y muy bonita. Tenía baño privado. Muy comoda la cama y almohadas. calidad precio excelente. Había nevera y mesa dentro. Y afuera de la habitación una cocina con comodidades. A una calle del metro manzoni, el coliseo a unas 5 calles. 5 min en coche del terminal termini, 15 min a pie. Muy buena su ubicación. La comunicación con las personas que la alquilan 10 de 10 al igual que la habitación. We loved the room, it was big and very nice. It had a private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent value for money. There was a fridge and table inside. And outside the room a kitchen with amenities. One street away from the metro manzoni, the colosseum about 5 streets away. 5 min by car from the termini terminal, 15 min on foot. Very good location. The communication with the people who rent it 10 out of 10 as well as the room.

Séjour décevant, points négatifs : complexe pour obtenir les clés, assez bruyant la route extérieur côté chambre , coin cuisine je dirais plutôt coin pour travaux avec échelle pots de peinture ect... Nous avons appelé pour le signaler mais c'est resté tous notre séjour (4 jours.) Manque de vaisselle nous étions 9, il n'y avait que pour 3 personnes, donc resto midi et soir. Pas assez d'eau chaude pour tous le monde. Quartier loin des monuments à visiter sauf pour le colisee à un bon 15 mn à pied. Point positif : la literie pour 2 personnes est bien, le ménage était fait.

Chambre confortable et propre, salle de bain petite mais propre . L'équipe ménage est venu nettoyer pendant notre séjours . Wifi marche bien mais quelques problèmes avec a TV . Très bien situé (10min a pied de la gare Termini et 10pin a pied du Colisée ) Seul bémol , nous entendons la circulation des voitures , cela nous a beaucoup déranger le samedi soir . Mais les autres jours c'était moins dense .

There are no words to describe this place and I was just reading the reviews some are good some are not good yet the owner of the place was responding defensively instead of assuring guests that moving forward they will make it better…Out of 5 stars , it’s a negative 5 through and through especially with the amount of money charged….and to the people who operates this place don’t respond no need .And to ******* it amazes me how are you vetting this place…
