It's the worst hotel I have ever seen.. I arrived there and i noticed that the hotel is dirty and they are doing renovation all over the hotel and the reception area are one meter even the hall way like your walking in a cave and the room looks old. The receptionest wasn't helpful at all. Since she said no one can take ur luggage to your room and i think there is no alevator.. Worst worst hotel i didnt stay i cancelled my booking without a refund

Pernottamento in coppia. Premetto che ho visitato Roma a piedi,anche se la fermata metro Barberini e le varie linee bus sono sotto la via dell’hotel. Il Saint B boutique hotel dista cinque minuti a piedi da Fontana di Trevi e piazza di Spagna e dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. La camera non è grande, ma per un paio/tre notti può andare. Il letto è alla francese,comodo e dispone di 2 cuscini (forse per i miei gusti anche troppo morbidi),pulita con piccolo armadio ad un anta incassato al muro;La camera dispone di mini frigo a pagamento,macchinetta per the e caffè e un listino informazioni per ristoranti,farmacie e altro. Il bagno è con doccia a luci effetto sensoriale,pulito e con accessori necessari. Nota dolente del bagno la tenda della finestra era macchiata di muffa,come la parte sopra la finestra,forse non del tutto presentabile. L’accensione del riscaldamento va con tutto l’albergo, ogni camera regola la temperatura a proprio piacere. Noi addirittura per esser marzo,la seconda notte abbiamo dormito con la finestra del bagno aperta. La mia camera dava sulla strada,si sente un po’ di traffico ma sopportabile. Da migliorare L’insonorizzazione delle pareti e sistemare alcune parti della parete (sbucciate). Nota negativa la tv con maggioranza di canali stranieri e solo la Rai come canale italiano,ma perché? La reception è piccola ma efficace, aperta con orario 9-17. L’hotel non dispone di un orario prefissato ma viene rilasciato un codice per accesso alla porta d’ingresso. In tre giorni abbiamo visto tre persone diverse,ma tutti gentili e disponibili. La ragazza che ci accolto al nostro arrivo è stata così gentile da farci lasciare il bagaglio (perché eravamo arrivati in anticipo e la camera non era pronta)così da poter iniziare a visitare la città. I bagagli li abbiamo trovati sistemati in camera. Stessa opzione per il check-out. A parte qualche pecca,superabile, consiglierei questo hotel.

Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich, die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal mehr als zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück nebenan war so lecker, wir wollten nirgends anders hin. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen! Das der Aufzug gerade nicht geht, wird kommuniziert und stellte kein Problem dar. Wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen, wissen wir gleich wohin : ) Danke für alles!

Très déçu. Pour commencer, il n’est mentionné nul part qu’il y a une trentaine d’escalier à franchir pour arriver à la réception et encore une dizaine pour arriver au 2e étages. (Pas d’ascenseur) L’accueil est chaleureux. Arrivée dans la chambre, peinture qui s’effrite à certain endroit, oreiller tout fin, matelas pas confortable. Nous avions une terrasse, les fauteuils n’avaient pas de coussin et ce n’était pas très propre. Insonorisation qui laisse à désirer. La Climatisation est très bruyante. La salle de bain est dans la même continuité, produit d’accueil entamés, pommeau de douche cassé et porte qui ferme mal. Le petit déjeuner ce prends dans le café d’en bas. L’accueil est mitigé mais le service est correct. Le point positif était la proximité du métro. Check-in physique entre 14h et 17h ensuite une clé est laissée à la réception. Pour le Check-out c’est à partir de 9h sinon il faut laisser les 3.50€/personne dans la chambre et laisser la clé à la réception. Peu pratique comme organisation.

The location is ideal. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rome is a beautiful city and our stay in this hotel was nothing short of peaceful and relaxing. The facilities are great and the rooms are lovely. Arianna was a top notch receptionist. The upbeat attitude and helpful recommendations really added to our experience.

Das Hotel ist in sehr guter Lage Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof gerichtet, dadurch war es sehr ruhig . Die Aussicht war dadurch zwar nicht so schön, aber in Rom hat man ohnehin etwas anderes zu tun als im Zimmer aus dem Fenster zu sehen. Außerdem ist die Straße relativ viel befahren, wenn man keinen Straßenlärm gewöhnt ist sollte man also eher die innenliegenden Zimmer auswählen. Ich hatte bis jetzt in keinem Hotel so ein bequemes Bett, man schläft wirklich hervorragend auf der Matratze. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen höflich und gut zu erreichen auch außerhalb der regulären Zeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti ad Agosto in questo hotel. Posizione ottima, in una vietta tranquilla. Abbiamo girato tutta Roma a piedi, gustandoci i tragitti per arrivare nelle zone da visitare. Tenete presente che Fontana di Trevi e Piazza di Spagna sono a pochi minuti di cammino. Comodo anche se si arriva dalla Stazione Termini, con un tragitto fattibile a piedi senza problemi. Tenete presente che al momento l'ascensore non è utilizzabile, per cui ci sono delle rampe di scale da percorrere. Noi abbiamo dormito molto bene, letto comodo e bella biancheria sia da letto che da bagno. Camere non grandi, ma eleganti e con tutti i comfort. Sono arredate molto bene, su toni di colore scuro, eleganti (sono una arredatrice, per me una bella camera è una plus durante un viaggio). Noi avevamo trovato un'offerta last minute, per cui abbiamo riscontrato un rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo. Arianna alla reception è stata ultra-gentile e veloce in tutte le sue mansioni. Avevamo la camera di fronte alla reception, di cui avevo letto recensioni negative per il rumore e invece abbiamo dormito molto bene senza disturbo. Letto comodo e ottima pulizia. A pochi passi dall'hotel ci sono un bel bar e un ottimo ristorante, non collegati alla struttura. Noi abbiamo pranzato lì prima di tornare alla Stazione e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliatissimo! Io ci tornerei volentieri, perché ci ha fatto vivere Roma in tutta comodità, dandoci zero problemi.

Although the pictures depict a quaint beaux-arts decor with bath tubs and coving, the management is ethically corrupt. I stayed here for 4 nights in total. Two of which, were pure hell. The air conditioning was not working in my room and despite reaching out. Asking for extra equipment, like a fan, to help cool this little lady prone to heat stroke down. They sent someone the next day - a man who changed the air filter. There was no apology for a sleepless night, where I covered my entire body in wet towels with the 100 degree heat (I chose a hotel specifically for air conditioning). There was no empathy. Just defense from staff that believed all was now resolved now that the air filter was changed. Of course no cool air was still coming from the air vent. I asked to be moved into rooms, instead they took a new booking for the room available with a new guest. It was at this point, I knew that they were never going to compensate me. The booking partner I made this booking with asked for the hotel to compensate, they refused to, gas lighting my situation and saying the rooms worked ‘perfectly fine’. I have three eye witnesses to say the air conditioning was broken. The hotel booking partner ended up contacting their legal team as this became a legal issue. It is one thing when something happens with a hotel, things break, mistakes happen. But when a management refuses to take ownership, refuses to apologize the hell they put their guest through, and continues to defend themselves, this becomes a moral issue. Other reviews have stated similar behavior, a very immature response expected from decent hospitality. Mark my words, they will decline rapidly with this trea**ent towards their guests. The worse experience I’ve had in a hotel, and I travel a huge amount around the world. Additionally, the floor was filthy under the bed, the safe didn’t work, the lift didn’t work and that isn’t going to be fixed due to the hotel’s ‘bureaucratic issues’ with the lift. If you want to enjoy Rome, in all it’s splendor, don’t trust this establishment with your money, once they’ve held onto your cash, they’ll never return it, regardless of how poorly they have treated you. I can happily recommended other brilliant hotels who would not do this inhumane act towards another human being. Avoid at all costs. This hotel ruined my trip and they’re not sorry about it. They stopped responding to emails and correspondence. Which was perhaps the lowest blow of all. No doubt they’ll respond with gas-lighting, defence and excuses. But I’m not the only one disappointed with their experience; the bad reviews are littered all over the internet. Find a hotel with professional management, one that cares for their guest, including their health and safety.
