科沃2號民宿(Il Covo B&B)

酒店禮賓部非常好。我們的房間相當小，電梯無法搬運我們所有的行李。把行李送到房間需要好幾次，電梯很小。房間看起來很棒，但被子上有很多酒漬，看起來好像有一段時間沒有打掃了。淋浴間有一個說明，說明熱水不會持續很久。如果天氣變冷，請等待 1 分鐘，然後再次淋浴。在我們住宿的最後 36 小時裡，大樓失水了，我們甚至無法洗澡。飯店表示很抱歉，但不會退款。床非常不舒服。我們要求一個枕頭或其他東西來幫助改善床鋪，他們只是又加了一條薄薄的毯子。總的來說，我會給這個評分 2/5，因為我們的期望沒有得到滿足，而且建築物也漏水了。我不建議住在這棟大樓。不過，我們每天都在路邊的一家咖啡館享用免費早餐，這可能是在酒店住宿期間唯一好的部分。

房間幾乎沒有窗戶；你不能讓百葉窗打開，因為它位於底樓。空調與街道相連，這意味著街道上的大量噪音會傳入房間。接待人員非常好，但電話號碼無效。預訂困難。

We would consider this area, but maybe think twice about the property because of the check-in experience. Pros: 1) Room very spacious and clean 2) Location were great. Convenient walk to everything we wanted to do. 3) Breakfast at cafe down the street is great Cons: 1) Check-In: The older lady when we checked in was cranky and seemed very shady. A) She said we needed to pay the city taxes in cash only. Even told us to go to the A** if we didn't have the cash or she wouldn't give us the key, but still charge us for the room. B) She wanted full payment for all 3 nights up front. We simply asked, "Oh, this doesn't happen at the end?". She became very offended so we became suspicious and asked if we could see the room first. Her reaction was to get super annoyed and mumble something under her breadth the whole time. She locked up my credit card, told us to leave the kids in the office as we walked to the room down the street. C) We liked the room so we paid up front and got cash from the A** (where we had to also pay fees) to pay the taxes. She took all payments with a very cranky attitude. 2) Hot water: There were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and there usually wasn't enough hot water for the last person if we wanted to shower one after the other at night. 3) WiFi: Only worked to download texts. Wasn't even good enough for me to check-in to my flight. It is fine if you have international data plan because you are able to get decent cellular signal.

Bel hotel et très bien situé. A pieds plusieurs monuments. Réception ouvert 24h/24h, ce qui est pratique. Le matelas mériterait d être changé. Mais sinon tout etait propre.

Hotel dicht bij alle attracties. Kleine maar goede kamer. Alleen de airconditioning was waardeloos. Deed het wel maar koelde de kamer niet echt. Midden augustus is dat toch niet echt comfortabel. Ontbijt was prima. Overal goed verblijf, maar de airco kan veel beter.

Small room and small bathroom. But it is ok for a short stay. The location is good and the bed is confortable. The breakfast is to be taken in a cafe near by the B&B.

Our group stayed in their largest "family" room that sleeps 4. It was clean, and in a great part of the city. One of the beds was definitely a lot less comfortable than the other (it's the bed not pictured in any photos). Breakfast in the morning was great - I suggest going down to the restaurant affiliated with them down the block vs eating on site. The only strange thing was needing 3 different keys to get into the room. But, happy they took safety seriously.
