Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Grazie Grazie Grazie cara Paola, sei preziosa per l'hotel e per le persone che soggiornano da voi.. un infinito grazie da tutti noi. Federica

酒店空間很大，就是噪音太多，工作人員服務態度良好，早餐選擇比四星級酒店多很多，每個人每晚的城市稅是7€，頗貴！

不愧是五星酒店，服務真是太棒了，牀品也很舒服。地理位置優越，就在西班牙台階頂上。因為定了六晚給免費升了帶小陽台的房間。一進房間驚喜連連，有歡迎水果還有一張寫好了印我名字的歡迎卡片（還是中英文雙語的）。打掃服務專業又乾淨。每天有免費的水和巧克力，還送了瓶紅酒。酒店六樓有米星的餐廳可惜這次沒去品嘗，臨走前去了他家一樓的餐廳，安格斯牛排超棒好吃不貴。總之就沖這樣的酒店值得再去一次羅馬。

位置很棒，步行即可到達特米尼火車站。地鐵和公車站 200m。非常乾淨，早餐很好，雖然有一天早上咖啡是冷的。有空調和小冰箱，但沒有使用。據說單人房配有一張單人床，非常舒適。淋浴間很小，因此「體型較大」的人可能會難以淋浴。無線區域網路運作正常。東西很好。餐館很近。據說住了 3 晚，非常適合城市旅行。

We stayed at Hotel ISA for 12 nights, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was in walking distance to many of the sights, and convenient to the Metro. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with a great view and variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not on yet (which we found out is normal for Europe this time of year), and we requested a fan for our room. Within an hour or 2 they had delivered a floor fan which was a big help sleeping at night. The room was also equipped with soundproof widows. There are also many restaurants and gelato places near by for convenience. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay great, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 double rooms in August 2022 for 5 nights in March 2023 using booking.com. As part of the booking process, we registered a credit card on a ”pay at the hotel” basis. 6 days before we were due to arrive, we received an e-mail telling us we had to confirm the credit card details within 24 hours by following a link in the e-mail, with the threat of cancellation if we didn't do so. In years of travelling, we've never come across this before. We tried repeatedly, ended up using 5 different cards (mix of debit/credit cards and of card-providers) and every time it failed with a message saying there was a problem, and to try later. We contacted the bank to confirm the cards weren't at fault, rang booking.com and got them to contact the hotel - we even offered to pay the full amount up-front rather than risk losing the booking. They checked with the hotel and said the hotel were unable to take a payment over the phone, but that the booking was OK. The following day, we received a further e-mail stating the booking was cancelled as we'd failed to confirm the credit card. We rang booking.com again, who - once again - rang the hotel but couldn't get a response. With 5 days before we were due to fly, we went into a desperate search for somewhere to stay. Booking.com offered us a number of alternatives - none were anywhere near as convenient a location (as other reviews have said, it's superb for the main tourist sites), and at higher prices. We ended up finding an AirBnB apartment. Lo and behold, 3 days from flying, we get an e-mail from booking.com stating the hotel had now got 2 ”Superior” rooms available to offer us at £50 per room per night over our original booking price. We declined. So - our conclusion is that - at best, the hotel's admin/systems are flawed (card confirmation process/system is unreliable and they can't/won't accept payment by phone). Or - at worst..... well, you can draw your own conclusion.

I picked Leon’s place based on the reviews and they were very good. We normally stay in five star hotels but after reading the reviews I felt this was the best choice . It’s certainly stunning inside from the entrance to the breakfast room . I booked the city break with jet 2 ( a first ) I decided to get in touch with the hotel directly to upgrade our room . The staff were so helpful. I also arranged for wine to be placed in the room for our arrival as it was my husbands Birthday. The upgrade I was told was a deluxe room ! Unfortunately it was not the upgrade I expected, the room was next to the lift , so not a great start , the room / bathroom is in need of re painting/ decorating. It was a small room . I spoke to the gentleman on reception and he was so lovely and helpful, he apologised for my disappointment in the upgrade. So we were moved to the largest room in the hotel ( junior suite) which was stunning. The balcony was amazing it was perfect to sit and enjoy our wine . The breakfast was delicious so much choice and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The staff are what make this hotel,they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and making our stay so fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel .
