羅馬Orologio ad Acqua附近酒店

Our stay was more then disappointing. We made our reservation through ***********, where we were enticed by images of opulent, spacious bedrooms. However, upon arrival, we were met with a room featuring dirty walls, broken electrical outlets, remnants of ongoing construction, unattractive and cheap decor, inadequate insulation, an unpleasant odor, and a small third bed that resembled a prison cell. We shelled out 700 euros for a two-night stay. On ***********, it was also advertised as including a ”delicious breakfast.” To our dismay, we were provided with vouchers for two different cafes, with no indication that this breakfast would not be served at Spagna Boutique itself. It's common sense that when you book a room with breakfast included, you expect a relaxed morning experience on-site. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of understanding and willingness to rectify the situation when we expressed our dissatisfaction. While they acknowledged our disappointment, they initially offered no concessions. It was only after a lengthy argument that they agreed to refund us for the breakfast. I am baffled by how this place can be labeled as ”Luxurious Suites.” Please refer to the attached pictures for a visual representation. Undoubtedly, the location was excellent. However, everything else fell short and was certainly not worth the money. It felt like a genuine scam!

優秀的酒店。我住了2晚,從客戶服務,房間,氛圍和食物,真的很愉快。房間很乾淨,房間裏的設施不僅僅是你的平均酒店。牀很舒服,我的房間雖然不冷,但很舒服,睡得很好。我不知道附近有什麼,但我下車走了,找到了許多餐館和購物。特雷弗噴泉在步行距離非常漂亮,但非常擁擠。我肯定會推薦這家酒店。

房間有點小，設施有點舊，整體服務和體驗還不錯！可惜沒有泳池！性價比還不錯，酒店地理位置很好，服務人員素質到位！

We stayed at Hotel ISA for 12 nights, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was in walking distance to many of the sights, and convenient to the Metro. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with a great view and variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not on yet (which we found out is normal for Europe this time of year), and we requested a fan for our room. Within an hour or 2 they had delivered a floor fan which was a big help sleeping at night. The room was also equipped with soundproof widows. There are also many restaurants and gelato places near by for convenience. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay great, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

位於羅馬市中心的優秀酒店,從Fontana di Trevi拐角處一圈,距離Via del Corso 5分鐘路程。在羅馬大部分重要地點的範圍內,很容易步行。我們有一個家庭房,包括兩個雙人房,有獨立的浴室,與內門相連。兩個房間隔音很好,大浴室很舒服。貝達很舒服。早餐種類繁多。完全滿意。肯定會再次預訂。

Stayed here for 3 nights, never felt like staying in a 4* in any way. The only good things about the hotel were its location and some options for breakfast. During my stay, I never felt welcome here. No one even had the courtesy to even say 'good morning' or 'welcome'. This was probably one of the places where the reception staff is equally rude and cold as the restaurant staff. What kind of 4* hotel restaurant has a single coffee machine which servers one cup at a time ? Or a single toaster which can toast only one bread at a time ? What kind of 4* hotel doesn't have an electric kettle in the room ? When asked for a kettle, the reception staff throws terrible attitude at you like ”Do you know it is not included in your package ? Ok, let me think about doing this as a favour for you”. Wi-Fi was terrible most of the time. I would recommend not to throw money by staying here, there are many better options around.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. 這家酒店的位置對於希望往返泰爾米尼站和泰爾米尼地鐵站的人來說是無與倫比的。它靠近許多一流的網站,包括迪奧克里蒂安浴場、聖瑪麗亞馬吉奧雷和聖普塞德。酒店內部的氣氛是現代的和寧靜的遠離門外的喧囂。我們得到的高級雙人間面積很大,安靜,最近裝飾着非常可愛的木質口音。浴室看起來很現代;但是淋浴間的灌漿已經顯示出年齡的跡象。這可能是由於浴室沒有風扇。早餐很豐盛,大部分都很好。然而,我覺得令人震驚的是,侍者不是把咖啡杯從茶托上撿起來,而是把杯子的頂部(噁心)撿起來,以便重新裝滿,把茶托放在桌上。考慮到合理的價格點,這家酒店提供了一個良好的和可預測的夜晚住宿。

Great hotel in a hip buzzy area. hotel itself is quite new. Room area quite small with consideration of today's suitcases. The bathroom is also very small but it's all very modern clean and stylish tv does not allow streaming which I think today is essential. The breakfast is served on the roof with a good range of patties fruits and usual egg bacon etc. Very good staff on the breakfast service Service from the front desk was also fantastic polite and knowledgeable. The area comes alive at night . Easy walking to lots of restaurants in Trastevere and a buzzy vibe. However during the day it's very quiet It's not that close to the historical centre but you need to use the bus system. 115 bus takes you to the piazzale viewpoint. Bus no 3 from main road to the centre . As a hotel. We liked it.

這是個很漂亮的酒店。我在2009年的六月去了這裏。這個地方顯然不是羅馬最具歷史的地方,但它離羅馬圓形大劇場(Colosseum)、古羅馬廣場(Roman Forum)都非常近。 而且我發現這兒的交通真挺便利的,它離Manzoni地鐵站衹有幾步遠,想去羅馬特米尼(Termini)火車站或者是機場也都很容易。 酒店員工很有素養、友好而且得力,特別是那個叫Barbara的女員工。這裡有很好的熱歐式早餐可供選擇。 房間又舒適又乾淨,但是有點小,就像我在所有歐洲酒店裡發現的那樣。 就一個小提醒,在這附近你基本找不到一些比較有特點的餐館,但卻有很多的披薩餅店以及小吃店。但總體來說這還是一個不錯的選擇,我推薦這裏。
