羅馬第四區4星級酒店

我在這家酒店有兩次負面經歷，其中一次非常不愉快。首先，酒店找不到我的預訂，但很快就解決了。然後在我入住的第四天晚上，我在床上發現了一個信封，裡面有50歐元的罰款。在接待處，我被冷冷地解釋說，這是因為房間裡禁止吸煙。清潔女工在打掃房間時會聞到香煙的味道。問題是我不抽煙，而且我也受不了煙味。不得不說服接待員我不吸煙是特別不愉快的。最後，她撤回了罰款。我來這家酒店五次了，公平地說，我必須說其餘的都很完美。工作人員很專業（除了罰款！），面帶微笑，樂於助人。房間設施齊全且寬敞。早餐很好，晚餐也可以在酒店吃。

Hotel di media fascia che gode di una particolarità difficile da trovare in questo periodo: la cordialità, la semplicità, la cortesia e la grande preparazione professionale dello staff che opera nella reception e nella sala colazione. Ineccepibili. Assolutamente ineccepibili!

Credo che chi lavora con impegno e attenzione vada evidenziato, ecco perché la mia recensione sull'OC Hotel non può essere altro che positiva. La struttura è davvero molto bella, semplice ma molto curata nei dettagli. Già appena si arriva l'ampio parcheggio mette a proprio agio. Lo staff alla reception cortese, tutta la hall brilla per la pulizia dei pavimenti e delle vetrate. La nostra camera matrimoniale, posta al primo piano, davvero ampia e comoda negli spazi, estremamente funzionale il mobilio, particolarmente gradita la presenza di doppi cuscini con grammature diverse. Il bagno ben organizzato. Davvero eccezionale la pulizia, brillava tutto ogni giorno, complimenti. Presente un ampio e attrezzato terrazzino che, visto il periodo invernale, non abbiamo sfruttato. Dovendo segnalare qualcosa, non come critica ma come consiglio, andrebbe sistemata la testata del letto, la parte il simil pelle è danneggiata in alcuni punti e intorno al piatto doccia inizia ad essere molto evidente l'accumulo di calcare. Questa struttura è un gioiellino in una zona non particolarmente ricca di servizi di accoglienza di qualità, credo sia il caso di mantenerla sempre al top. Secondo me andrebbe arricchito il buffet della colazione, magari con prodotti come torte, crostate o bomboloni. Staff di sala molto cortese e disponibile per le richieste di caffetteria espressa. Got this room for 2 and it’s not bad considering the price! A little far from the places we wanted to visit but it was a comfortable stay :) Check in time was a little late so we had to keep our baggage in the storage room however all is well. We got the breakfast included & it wasn’t bad! Had a full breakfast but the coffee wasn’t hot by the time i had my breakfast (was kept in a thermos). Visited end 18th April & Im concerned abt the amount of mosquitoes that were in the room within 2 night me and my friend killed a total of 5 mosquitoes and it really affected my friend because she got bitten on her eyelid which made it swollen and we were worried she wouldn’t be able to take pictures. Toilet wasn’t the most prettiest or pleasant but toiletries were provided as well as hairdryer! There was also a kettle and coffee that we could make.

Absolutely shocking the most filthest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in red wine stained carpet what looked like bleach stains on carpet and worst of all a blood stain on the toilet pan running down the outside of it , food was sub standard ,bread at breakfast always seemed stale and dry not one tv channel in English ,ac not working ,no tea and coffee making facilities in room ,some waiting staff rude with little understanding of English
