底特律大都會機場喜來登酒店(Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport)

When I called about the hotel shuttle i was given the wrong information and had to pay 18 dollars for a Uber. When I arrived at hotel I was told they run every 20 minutes. Disappointed. Then the bed was not made well sheets were ruffled and not put on fully. Disappointed.

Staff was friendly and checked id before distributing additional room key. I travel a lot for work and safety is my number one issue. Rooms were very clean and very convenient location to the Detroit Metro Airport. Shuttle service was quick and seamless. Will be staying here at this hotel again.

My shuttle driver (Debbie, I believe) was so friendly and helpful! She made me feel comfortable being in a new city for the night and helped me get checked in once we got to the hotel. My room was great, and very clean! I had the buffet breakfast the next morning, which was amazing!!

We were very disappointed that we didn’t get to sleep better. The reason that we booked the hotel by the airport was because we had a early flight. We were on the second floor above the pool area. Kids were screaming till late in the pool. All my realtors booked rooms and none of us could get sleep that night. if the hotel is going to have pool parties, they should put the people in the higher rooms further away from the pool area. We had to get up at 3:30 for a early flight. It wasn’t easy with only a few hours of sleep. The receptionist at the hotel needs to book the pool people right above the pool. The people that come from rest need to be put away from that damn pool.

AC is broken,you can hear noises from outside the room, room door was widely open when I got in there, no toiletries in the room, bathroom is dirty, they charge for everything and they would charge for breathing if they can!

Had a fraudulent charge appear on my card while staying. When I asked the front desk why and how I was charged, they simply told me to call my bank and it’s not their problem. Extremely rude, unprofessional and fraudulent practices. My card was used in the way that card numbers had to be entered. As in someone physically picked up my card when I was not in my room. I want an immediate refund for my 2 nights and the charge reversed that was fraudulent. Thank you again to the front desk who was ZERO help and did not have the common courtesy to when apologize.

Overnight stay for a 6 am flight. Quiet, comfortable, with a delicious restaurant on main floor- skirt steak and pork chops with Brussels sprouts. Will stay again. Staff is super friendly. Has a pool.
