公寓(Apartamentos Gav)

Orribile esperienza con proprietari codardi. Arrivati ben oltre l'orario di check-in, l'appartamento non era stato pulito dal passaggio del precedente ospite. Un odore terribile, residui di cibo e, sporcizia in ogni area della casa. Chiamiamo il proprietario per capire cosa fare, ci dicono brevemente che manderanno una persona a pulire, senza scusarsi e sbattendo il telefono. No obstante sapendo a che ora sarebbe stato pronto l'appartamento, rimaniamo fuori fino alle 18 30. Quando rientriamo, nulla è cambiato e nessuno ci ha dato aggiornamenti. Richiamiamo il contatto, il quale mette giù il telefono e invia un sms dicendo che hanno avuto dei problemi con le pulizie e di contattare booking per una soluzione. Codardi e menefreghisti. Booking, dopo 1 ora al telefono con i codardi proprietari, ci comunica che si rifiutano di rimborsarci i costi del soggiorno ma al massimo pagare la differenza in una altra struttura. Non prenotate!!!

To the potential guest considering GAV CERRILLO / APARTAMENTOS GAV in Ronda, Spain, through ***********: be aware that your experience might become an absolute nightmare. Our stay here was marked by a series of alarming failures that led to an extremely unpleasant situation. We chose to rent this apartment in winter for a family stay. However, upon arrival, we were confronted with a complete lack of heating, insufficient hot water, and barely functional Wi-Fi. This alone created considerable discomfort, but the worst was yet to come. The apartment itself gave off a sense of insecurity, with three locked doors with padlocks and warnings not to enter. While trying to resolve the heating issue, the owner was extremely rude, initially claiming that only two of the three rooms had heating and later changing the story to just one room. After numerous attempts to contact them to resolve the lack of heating, we were met with rudeness and indifference, while the temperature inside the apartment continued to drop. Desperate for help, the owner demanded the reservation code, found in the *********** confirmation email, stating they would find a solution. Innocently, we shared this information, only to discover that they canceled our reservation while we were on-site, preventing us from leaving an honest review about our negative experiences. This behavior is completely unacceptable and seems to indicate extremely unethical and possibly illegal conduct by the owner. We felt so uncomfortable and insecure that we decided to leave the apartment at 11 PM and move to a hotel. Avoid this place at all costs. Not just this apartment, but any property associated with GAV APARTAMENTOS. We are in contact with *********** to seek a refund, but the trauma and disappointment caused by this experience are immeasurable.

Worst comunication with owner. I ask myself why people with no empathy and care for people staying have this type of business. Very dirty place, with dust and sheets on beds where stain. Dead roaches and mold smell. Beware to families with kids

Koud en sfeerloos appartement en koud is letterlijk want er is geen verwarming ( verblijf in Januari) bovendien wordt er pal naast gebouwd dus veel lawaai,wel schoon.Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken!!

No booking chama-se CEO pasaje Ronda Pior de sempre. Entramos pelas 20h e havia Baratas por toda a casa, vivas a passear pela sala e mortas. Contactamos os proprietários que se recusaram a dar qualquer assistência nesse dia, não respondiam a mensagens nem atendiam as chamadas. Saímos imediatamente, e fomos para um hotel, nem 1h lá estivemos. No dia seguinte voltamos a contactar os proprietários, onde apareceu um rapaz que após constatar que havia muitas baratas, inclusivamente matou uma com a esfregona, disse que iria devolver o dinheiro da estadia. Mas nunca o fizeram. Depois de vários contactos recusaram sempre. O booking contactou o proprietários que recusaram devolver o dinheiro. Inclusive apagaram as mensagens do whatsapp trocados connosco. Tenho fotos das baratas pela casa em anexo. Não recomendo a ninguém.

El apartamento ( en Booking se llama Ceo-pasaje) en general... Se ve que anteriormente era una tienda o clínica ( algo así). La puerta de entrada era pésima, tanto seguridad como privacidad.... Se mantienen como los cristales de un escaparate (aunque opacos). Además huele muchísimo a desagües, horrible! El cuarto de baño es súper pequeño, la ducha tiene una cortina un poco sucia.... Las camas son incómodas ( parecen un barco) y las sábanas no olían bien!! Y hace muchísimo frío... El aire no funcionaba, solo dejan un radiador para toda la estancia Me guíe por los comentarios al hacer la reserva, pero nos hemos llevado un chasco enorme, es más pensé en cambiar de alojamiento aunque perdiera el dinero....
