Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The Garden Venue is one of the nicest places. My wedding in the 12th of April 2024 was superb. Great memories The Garden Venue has created. The deco was out of the place. Special thanks to Jennifer, Blessings, Andile, Dj Mathe , Dj Eddie, the Chefs and Noddy

The service has been awful from day 1. Lack of communication, not responding to calls and texts. Once you pay the deposit you should forget about a guy called Lovemore. He will never be in contact with you again. Then you are handed to a clueless coordinator who you get to sit down with and discuss table setting, menu and drinks to which on the day of the event none of what was discussed was there. I’m appalled and am certainly not a returning customer. Bye

The worst treatment you will receive planning a wedding. From the beginning we were treated like we did not belong here. I can't begin to explain how poorly our wedding coordinator treated us. Was not in communication with us, ignored our messages, denied our calls and made appointments and did not show. I don't recommend planning anything at this horrible venue.

Thank you for making our dream come true. Helping me in a difficult time. Bringing our dream to a reality. The staff was amazing and so supportive, helpful in every aspect. Thanks again for hosting our dream day ❤️

The beautiful and excellent team had a wonderful day and venue was beautiful eith flowers of our expectations, our couples and guests loved the place and they will recommend to their friends and family

Beautiful venue and amazing staff. We were very happy with the Service rendered to us. The venue, food and service was top tier. I would absolutely recommend The Garden Venue to anyone. They made sure that we were comfortable throughout our event and stay.

On behalf of myself and my husband, Jason we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to The Garden Venue for the most outstanding assistance and coordination of our wedding. I just cannot begin to describe the fairytale wedding they created for me. I mean every girl wants the perfect wedding and I got mine. I experienced the most kind-hearted staff and from day one of looking at my potential wedding venue I knew there was just something about this place that made me decide to have my wedding there. On a special note my wedding coordinator Faith was amazing and made sure everything was in place from the day of booking until my wedding until the end of our reception and of course making our honeymoon suite just so romantic. Faith, without you my anxiety levels would have been high but you helped me keep through the whole process. I also believe she has a baby so making extra time for me just proves her passion for creating perfect weddings for beautiful brides. Blessing our floor manager was a real blessing. She even managed to get Jägermeister off my dress after a slight accident. All the staff were incredible. I just want to thank everyone at The Garden Venue for treating me like a queen and making my whole wedding from start to finish a magical one. I will be seeing you in the future for either a baby shower or a gender reveal. I will definitely recommend you in the future to anyone who wants to be blown away by magic at their own wedding.
