普拉亞斯羅薩里託慶典廣場酒店(Hotel Festival Plaza Playas Rosarito)

The location would seem great, but being so close to the loud bars makes it so you aren’t going to bed until they close, which means 4am. Too expensive for how dirty and loud is. Stay at a resort for the same price and way better amenities.

Antes de reservar a través de ******* llamé al hotel para averiguar sobre opiniones que había leído sobre los colchones y el ruido exterior. La señorita que me atendió me dijo que ella mismo respondía las opiniones negativas y que no me preocupara. El hotel pide el pago por adelantado. Cuando llegué el ruido exterior retumbaba los vidrios, tuve que cambiar de hotel luego de la segunda noche para poder descansar. No permitieron cancelar pese a explicar que yo consulté antes de reservar y no me dieron la información correcta. Si el huésped desea estar cerca de la fiesta y lleva poco equipaje es el hotel correcto. Si Usted va por otros motivos, tomen en cuenta que su habitación quizás no tenga una silla, que quizás deba poner sus maletas en el suelo por falta de espacio para acomodar la ropa y el desayuno se sirve a unos metros fuera del hotel. El personal del hotel fue amable, pidió disculpas, lástima que no tienen ninguna autoridad para decidir.

Excelente hotel para pasar unas noches en Rosarito si es que te gusta salir a pasear a comer o salir de noche, ya que se encuentra céntrico y tienes cerca muchos restaurantes, bares y la playa. El único detalle fue que el servicio de limpieza entraba sin haber tocado la puerta mientras estábamos dentro, deberían considerar antes de entrar el tocar, ya que tienen forma de entrar fácilmente, talvez con poner cerraduras de cadena en las puertas podría ser de mucha utilidad. En general muy bien, recomendable.

In the middle of Rosarito. Great location. I upgraded to 8th floor "Penthouse". ******* picture shows Jacuzzi or bath tub on corner with view. The "penthouse" I got didn't have that. Just regular Jacuzzi tub in bathroom. Alright but not what I expected. Staff were great and friendly. View was amazing from 8th floor! Overall, I would go back and recommend.

The Hotel is located in the center of the night clubs, therefore the noise from the outside speakers was unbearable. The music started at 7:00pm and got louder and noisier at around 11:00 and didn't stop until 2:30am. I guarantee you will not sleep. The towels were dinghy no wash cloths the phone didn't have a power cord for the price pass up this hotel it's a waste of money!!

Excelente servicio, los empleados siempre se portaron muy amables y las instalaciones están hermosas, además que están súper cerca de la playa. El desayuno que incluye es delicioso. Sin duda volvería a este lugar, me enamoré de mi habitación con vista al mar.

Omg nunca más me quedo aquí no me dieron el cuarto q page me dieron un cuarto q demasiado ruido del nigt club orible no se puede dormir mas las ventanas son súper viejas todo se escucha nunca me quedaría aquí apesta a viejo 🙃🙃

Really loved the the stay, the view and how everything is near, the only thing that I wished changed was that the elevators worked since we were in and out the room often and a lot of stairs to go up and down but other than that I definitely recommend this place.

Check in was fast , staff are nice and helpful, room is clean and plenty of parking. Free breakfast good food. What I dislike about this hotel was the sound of loud music through the night and early morning. Could not sleep. If you plan to stay here bring some ear plugs.
