羅斯威爾唄盟套房酒店(Baymont by Wyndham Roswell)

The light over the sink was out and the light on one of the nightstands was out. I did not call service the night I arrived as it was late. The room was clean.

Roswell is a great place :) and this place is indeed a great place to spend for a few nights. Hot breakfast is a big plus and the room is very clean! We love it!

There was bed bugs and I can't sleep 😞

Me he hospedado en dos ocasiones en este hotel por la cercanía a pasos del lugar que visito. Tuve una muy mala experiencia la primera ocasión y a pesar de eso, confié en que podría ser que mi caso fuera un caso aislado y haya tenido “mala suerte” por esa ocasión. 1 vez hospedada en este hotel - No sirvió el elevador los 5 días que me hospedé y JAMÁS limpiaron mi habitación a pesar de reportarla. El fin de semana pasado me hospedé nuevamente. 2 vez hospedada en este hotel - me cambiaron de habitación 3 veces en 5 días. 1era habitación - No tenía agua caliente el lavamanos y en esa área no funcionaba la luz, la puerta del baño estaba quebrada. Estuve dos noches ahí, nunca limpiaron mi cuarto a pesar de hacer el reporte. 2da habitación - No funcionaba la calefacción. (En una ciudad que en estas fechas las temperaturas promedio son al rededor de -3C) solo estuve una noche ahí. Tampoco hicieron limpieza. Me cambiaron de habitación al siguiente día. 3era habitación - No funcionaba el micro. Sinceramente este hotel tiene una pésima administración, cuando reporté el tema de la limpieza su respuesta fue “son demasiadas habitaciones para la cantidad de empleados” una respuesta bastante absurda y mediocre, los clientes no debemos cargar con la falta de planeación, pagamos por un servicio completo, no solo por dormir en una cama.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable bien entretenue Petit dejeuner varié et servi dans un cadre fonctionnel et agreable Hotel tres bien situé, proche d'un walgreen et proche d'un hopital Lovelace.

Property was nice for a short overnight stay. Mattress was pretty worn (could see sunken in areas where people lay), and the pillows were small. Had a burned-out lightbulb above vanity (it was a single light), and wrong TV remote was in the room. Nice refrigerator, and plenty cool.

Saw in the reviews for this place that they were stingy on their towel dispersement. The reviews were right we stayed two nights only one towel/ wash cloth for two people. I went down the next day to get more and they didn’t have any. On the plus side they did take my room number and had room service bring me more towels within two hours. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. They did warn us that their pool was not in service ahead of time. Breakfast was good. The maintenance of the outside you had to dodge feces in the grass. Felt safe. Got what we paid for. Convenient location for the alien festival.
