Great hotel and reasonably priced. The staff checking my cousin and i in were very pleasant and friendly, i didnt catch either name but they mayde check in unforgettable😉 definitely recommend.

We've stayed here a few years ago and it was great. We chose to stay again this year, the staff is fantastic, but the room smelled a bit moldy. The other thing is that $10/day for parking is a bit high.

Everything was very nice. I would have appreciated a chair in the room. As it was anytime we wanted to sit in the room it had to be on the beds. Also…has Mariot begs the European practice of not supplying wash cloths? Had to use the hand towels for that purpose…not pleasing g! 😞

Unexpected fee to park. There is no parking crisis in this small city. Just a way to disguise the price of the hotel advertised.

Overall the property was nice, room was nice and very clean, nice and helpful staff. The only downside to the place was that the trash cans out front were overflowing and the breakfast choices could use some changing. We were only there a night and arrived at night, leaving early morning, so didn’t get to explore much but enjoyed our restful stay

The hot tub was not available despite being advertised that it was. We booked a standard king room but were given a fully accessible room with a raised toilet and a roll in shower. The hotel advised they could not provide us with the room we had booked. We asked for the manager to contact us to discuss our dissatisfaction but no one got back to us. When you use a third party booking app, you become a second rate customer and may not get the room you booked. There is a regular parking lot in front and beside the hotel with no special fencing or security but we were charged an additional $10/day to park. There were no wash cloths in the room and the towels were greyish in colour and looked dirty.

The thing that I liked most was that the staff were super friendly as well as how everything was in walking distance. We had a really good time there.
