Nice location, right across of Kuirau Park and few minutes walk to Eat Streat where all the bars and restaurants are. Room was almost too spacious (2 double beds) and clean. Nice and friendly staffs. No elevator so it can be a bit hard if you have trouble with the stairs or heavy luggage. There was also a nice Sat market at Kuirau park.

For the price paid, we were extremely happy with the stay! Rooms and bathrooms well cleaned, great kitchen, lovely staff. There is some road noise so you might want ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Room could be improved with some thicker curtains as they are quite thin. I would happily stay here again, thank you!

Overall the room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. But what attracted us to this property was the pool. Which is out of service. We were grateful for a partial refund (which was given after i asked) Biggest downfall however was that it is in no way wheel chair accessable. There was no elevator and although i am not bound by a wheelchair i am heavily pregnant and was on the top floor so had to come up and down flights of stairs. Alot of maintenance going on at the place. Welding, grinding, water blasting building. So very noisy during the day.

Property style is great - everything is new and clean, parking is free and the staff are friendly. However, there is ongoing construction work which was not made clear up front - unfair when paying full price - resulting in early morning noise disruption and the pool is under construction if you are also looking for that.

Não estava claro que o banheiro era compartilhado, nem que o quarto näo tinha ar condicionado. Quando cheguei e sai não havia ninguém na recepção, mesmo nos horários de atendimento, o que me fez perder muito tempo. Achei que as fotos não mostram a real condição do hotel.

It was great, place very clean and everything basically brand new. Economical for what you get and above all expectations :-) The only negatives would be the pool was out of order and the stairs up to the third floor could be a lot of cardio for families carrying heaps of luggage.

A brilliant choice for our stay in Rotorua, the service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room and all the amenities were spotless. I cant recommend this place highly enough.

Perfect stay to explore Rotorua and its sourroundings. Comfortable beds, very clean room, enough space for two people.

Great Staff. Based right in town. Couple exciting new features in the works.
