羅託魯瓦阿里斯塔(Arista of Rotorua)

オーナーと可愛い猫（名前はパオラ）がお出迎えしてくれました。部屋は清潔感があり、清掃も毎日入ってくれます。タオルはたくさん置いてます。シャワー室は少し古いですが水圧は強いです。しかし、お湯を出す際に一度冷水を通らないとお湯が出ないため毎回冷たさに驚きます。洗面所に固定はされていますがティッシュが置かれているのが嬉しかったです。固形石鹸はニュージーランドで有名なマヌカハニーの香りで癒されました。キッチンはカトラリーが揃ってます。コンロもありますが換気扇がないためお肉を焼きたいのであれば外にBBQ用のコンロがあるためそちらを使用するのをお勧めします。ランドリーは乾燥機別で2ドルでした。ロトルアでモーテルをお探しの人はこちらのモーテルをお勧めします！

Arrival was fine. The front desk clerk was polite . When we entered the room it had a horrible smell it was so bad that we had to air the room out for over 2hrs and even then it was still there the carpets where damp and I suspect mold is growing underneither causing the horrible stench. I ended up going to the front reception for some spray to make it barable but it didn't achieve much I suffer from bad asthma and was struggling to breath most of the night I had to constantly go outside to catch my breath . The inside windows were covered in green and black grime. The ceiling fan upper room was coated in thick dust that had covered the pillows in dust. The toilet had not been cleaned at all. There were stains all around the bowl. The majority of the cups , plates, and cooking utensils had not been properly cleaned and were covered in a greasy film with food still stuck to things. I again told the front clerk the following morning that the room was horrendous. The blame was just put on previous staff. For $278 a night, I expected more. I won't be returning again, and I advise others to find another motel.

Arista is deceiving you on their web site. They withhold the fact that the bathroom is on the first floor and the beds on the second floor. If this information was listed on their site, I would not have booked this hotel due to my knee issues, vertigo and need to use the bathroom throughout the night. The rooms are run down, could use new paint, and the rug looks like there are years of germs embedded. The spa area is small, dirty and covered. No day light at all. The rooms have very small windows making it all very dark and of course, there is no view of the lake which is 1.5 miles down the road and the center of town. You are literally away from all the action. We arrived on a rainy dark day, was shown the room and immediately called another hotel to move to. Arista will not refund my money and I find this to be poor a business decision. They falsely advertise their hotel which have really the most depressing rooms. If you want to stay in a bright, well lit, clean, comfortable room with a view, do NOT stay here.

Every thing about our stay was perfect. From the apartment,spa cleanliness ,staff and facilities were absolutely fantastic and the location was perfect for everywhere.You wanted to see and go in Rotorua .And the reception were fantastic with help with giving you advice on places to see and helping with directions for pick ups for the Hobbins and any other excursion you were going to they were fantastic.i loved the album on the motel and the story it was really touching.I can’t thank you enough for a perfect stay and will be definitely back .❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely loved our stay. We were a whānau/family of 5 with 2 of us being small children under 5. Highlights for us were the: - safe playground at Arista that was great and lots of fun. A welcome after a long drive. - big hot tub that the kids and parents once Kids were asleep enjoyed - loft with the comfy beds we combined together - spacious area for the kids - close to town. Thank you and we’ll definitely be coming back.

We stayed for two nights in the family unit. We were visiting from Wellington but my husband is Japanese and he said it was the nicest motel we had stayed in in NZ. The staff were very nice and contacted us in the morning to confirm our check in time and then let us check in at 12:30, when they heard we had arrived in Rotorua early (normally check in is 2pm). My husband and I enjoyed reading the book in the unit about the family’s journey buying and renovating the motel, and like many, we enjoyed meeting Boris the cat. The room was warm upstairs on the mezzanine floor, but the boys didn’t complain and the air conditioner helped cool it down. We loved the upstairs downstairs and it worked great for a family with teenagers. We also really enjoyed the spa. We look forward to coming back again next time we visit Rotorua.
