羅託魯瓦Redwoods Treewalk附近酒店

i couldnt believe that they have a shower over a high bath we are in our seventies and it was hard to climb over the bath to have a shower not good for a 4 star hotel we found the restaurant very expensive and when we checked out they didnt even ask if we had enjoyed our stay and was everything okay

I stayed here for two nights in May 2023. The hotel is located on the main street in Rotorua, about a 10-minute walk from the main shopping centre. Just up the road, about a 5-minute walk away, there are a couple of supermarkets. The airport is a 10-minute drive away. The hotel has plenty of parking. The room was very big with a small kitchenette, large bathroom, table and chairs etc. However, the room was showing its age and could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately the room was cold. I had the heating on but, given the size of the room, it took a long time to heat up. It was uncomfortable. There was no extra blanket for the bed. The wifi worked well. The service at the front desk was good. For what I paid, this hotel was good value. However, for my next trip to Rotorua, I would be prepared to pay a bit more for something warmer and more up to date.

員工們很友好很高效。地理位置相當優越，到羅托魯瓦和政府花園都相當近，走路就行。如果你不想在酒店餐廳就餐的話，離各種美食也很近。我們在這裏住得很開心，這裏的當地風光和文化表演我們也很喜歡。幾分鐘就能到一些主要景點（毛利文化村，纜車，彩虹泉公園）。

I'll start with the things I liked. The breakfast buffet. It was nice to have a quick way to get a good breakfast at the hotel. The decorating in the lobby was very nice. Now the not to nice parts: The room was cramped with 2 queen-sized beds. (Though it did have a refrigerator and kettle.) I opened the curtains to be surprised by shredded sheers. The wi-fi was very poor. The access is not handicap accessible. The front steps did not have a railing. The ramp was great for luggage, but would not have accommodated a wheelchair. (I have bad knees and use a cane.) They seems understaffed. A common problem throughout our trip. But the staff was helpful. They acknowledged the torn sheers and have plans to replace them all.

-酒店停車需要付錢還不便宜，周邊6pm後街邊都有免費停車。 -位置很好，小鎮最熱鬧的中心位置，去熱門温泉步行距離，吃的都很方便。 -酒店在小鎮屬於相對最新的了，帶孩子不用加錢。雙床房兩張床可拼，每張床有1.5m寬。2大2小可以的。 -酒店早餐個人覺得一般，有另外可以免費點的餐不要錯過，例如omelet diy

這次我給9位客人預訂的這個酒店，是因為以前就安排過這家酒店，位置很好，環境優美，乾淨衞生。服務熱情。

首先積極的方面:酒店並不可怕。這不是我們的首選,但我們最終在這裏預訂,以及預訂我們在這裏見面的朋友,另一對夫婦加入了我們一晚,並支付了房間。我們提醒經理,他把我們都放在同一樓層,可以看到湖景。房間很乾淨。空間有點緊,但這不是消極的。工作人員很友好。消極:沒有熱水!!我們住了4晚。6個人中有一人洗熱水澡,因爲我們剛到就洗澡了。那是最後一次熱水澡。水每天都逐漸變冷。而且是整個酒店。這是我們在電梯裏遇到的其他酒店客人交談的話題。我們每天都抱怨。在每個階段,我們被告知他們在...等待有人出現...問題已經修復,但由於每個人都在使用它無法加熱的水...問題沒有修復,他們在等待來自其他地方的人。我認爲他們不知道,我確實爲工作人員感到抱歉,但熱水淋浴絕對是一個基本要求。在任何階段,門下都沒有一張紙條,以道歉,並要求我們忍受他們。這令人難以置信地令人沮喪。這之後似乎有點小,提到浴室也需要一點護理,聞起來很黴,但如果不是熱水問題,這將是我的主要抱怨。最後要提的是,我們在那裏的整個時間都在下雨,宜必思沒有休息區。我們最後坐在其中一個房間,作爲一個羣體,有一個 Natter ,就像高中生一樣。這更多的是羅託魯阿問題,雖然,因爲羅託魯阿似乎早早關閉,晚上沒有地方可以聊天。宜必思羅託魯阿不是我們再次入住的地方。

Our stay was fabulous. We had a spa room which was also fantastic even though it was chilly outside. It was well worth it. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and it had everything we needed. My husband's only complaint was there were no sky channels available and we needed our own netflix etc. accounts. We did have to fight for parking even though there was parking straight outside the rooms and some people coming with more than one vehicle per room. (Hubby has lung issues so needed close parking), otherwise we thoroughly loved it - thank you.

這個酒店環境好，衞生不錯。老闆是華人，所以細節考慮周到。早上的班尼克三文魚好吃。離鎮中心，5分鐘車程，可以代叫的士，20新幣車費。唯一的問題是，房價很高，相對鎮上的其他酒店來説。不差錢可以考慮，體驗感好。
