when I checked out I asked the bar staff to fill up hot water in my thermal flash. After I left I found out that the bar person didn't put back the flash cover top (red colour). When I arrive at Paris, I asked the Novotel to called the ibis and they confirmed the red flash cover was at the hotel.
I asked the ibis hotel to send the flash cover to Ibis Paris CDG Airport hotel by sept 1-2 as I will be staying there but got no response.
I was greatly disappointed and it was ibis staff who mistakenly left my plash cover and even they found it but didn't send it to the ibis Paris CDG AIRPORT HOTEL for me. It was very irresponsible and poor customer service.
Now, I need to buy a replacement which will cost me estimate EUR 30
