It was fine except for that I was charged twice for the hotel and was told it is just the deposit even though the amount is way more than the deposit that is stated at the front desk.

Came down with 6 children to let them swim. Added an extra day from home just to give them more time to swim to only find out WHEN WE ARRIVED that the pool was closed!!!!! No notification on site or when I called to secure suite!!!!! Breakfast next morning was HORRIBLE! Everything was old and a new employee didn’t even know how to load the pancake machine😡Kids were upset . View was overloaded garbage dumpster with garbage bags all over ground around it! Will NEVER book there again

My last name was misspelled, the hotel room was not very clean. There’s a charge pending on the credit card I used to book the room when a different card had already paid for it when we arrived. By far the worst holiday inn express yet. Also booked this months in advance and asked for a room on the top floor. That was not honored nor explained why.

There were bugs in our room, stains all over, not enough towels, front desk was rude and acted bothered when we called to tell them we needed another room due to bugs. Had to move my kids at 11pm at night to a room with 1 bed and a chair

We had a two bedroom suite. There was only one bathroom. The main bedroom had a king bed that was so far off the ground there was a set of steps provided. There was a fan in the room that ran even with the heat/AC turned off. It was noisy and blew continuously onto the bed. The second bedroom had no window. The couch had stains on it. The king bedroom had a separate jacuzzi tub all by itself. It was strange considering the bathroom was outside of the bedroom. I can't imagine anyone ever uses this feature. Residence Inn has much better two bedroom options - with two bathrooms!

This property was reasonably priced and was in the vicinity of where we needed to travel. The continental breakfast was a nice perk. Everyone loved the cinnamon rolls!

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and person in charge of cooking was great. Nice looking hotel but could be cleaned a little better. Our sheets on our bed had orange stains on them and we found a old soda bottle on the floor next to the heater. Pool also wasn't very clean. My daughter had an earring go into her foot from bottom of the pool and found hair ties and beads on the bottom. Water looked dirty. So the pool must not be cleaned properly. But other than that the place is not bad.

Clean, friendly, great breakfast. Pool is WARM. which was amazing on a cold day. Very family friendly.

The hotel was conveniently located not far from Albany and reasonably priced. We stayed one night. Check-in was friendly and quick. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and had reasonable choices. We would definitely stay again.
