圓石城北拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Round Rock North)

No Breakfast,No Gym,No Pool No peace and quiet,Door locks to the back of the hotel are all broken and unsecure making the property unsafe from vagrants,theifs and other riff raff.The property is filthy and not just from the constuction making it loud and unsafe.The rooms are missing advertised furnishings.No bathroom facilities in the lobby.Elevators need repair and updated inspection which at this time they wont pass.The worst La Quinta in the history of the company.

Todo estuvo bien con excepción de que una de las dos habitaciones que reservamos al parecer estaba ocupada ya que abrió la llave pero la puerta topo con el seguro y al acudir a recepcion nos tuvieron que dar otra habitación, sin embargo nos comentaron ya no tenían con camas dobles por lo que nos dieron dos habitaciones y se tuvo que separar la familia unos al primero y otros al tercer piso y ya cuando estábamos acomodandonos en la primera que solo tenía una cama (tercer piso), nos pidieron regresar esa habitación ya que la otra asignada si era doble o que teníamos que pagarla, entonces otra vez a moverse. Falta un mejor control de sus habitaciones y la capacidad de las mismas para evitar traer a la gente de un lado a otro.

Did not like the hotel. Did not feel safe for my family and I to stay. There were roaches and we ended up booking another hotel as surrounding area did not look safe and door did not properly close.

Keys would not work. No one at the reception desk to assist. I had to wonder around to find someone to help. I even attempted calling the hotel from the lobby and listened to the phone ring with no answer or appearance by anyone.

The hotel was under construction, and was not in the best of looks. There was unfinished work in the rooms and across the building. No breakfast available.

The lady at the front desk was warm and inviting. The room was clean and well appointed. It had a large clean tub. Me and my daughter enjoyed the room. Breakfast was lame a couple grab and go muffins, nothing to special. WiFi was easy, bed was comfy.

Don't waste your money. Place is falling apart and there is no breakfast unless you count them offering granola bar as breakfast. We had to get three different rooms because something was wrong with each one. First room, water wasn't working, our second room the lock literally fell off the hinge for our door. We had initially booked a two queen but they could only get me a single king so my kids were in a pullout couch. All they could offer was a 20% discount for our troubles.

The breakfast was horrible. The rooms were not up to par. Had 3 different rooms during a 3 day period

Hotel was under construction and there was drywall dust/debris all over the carpet in the corridors. Several plugs didn’t work, not sure if related to construction work
