La disponibilità e la professionalità, nonchè l'onestà dei gestori contraddistinguono la struttura. I gestori hanno saputo far fronte ai nostri imprevisti e hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta gestendo la pratica in maniera esemplare. Ancora un sentito grazie e a presto.

Wir dürfen einen Teil unserer Reise in diesem schönen und gepflegten Hotel verbringen. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Zudem sind die Inhaber sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Man kann auf Wunsch kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist frisch und hat eine gute Auswahl. Man kann den ganzen Tag kostenfrei Kaffee beziehen. Der Strand ist in 5 min gut zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die wunderschöne Altstadt kann gut erlaufen werden. Für 5 Sterne fehlt uns der Meerblick und das kleine I-Tüpfelchen aber wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und würden es definitiv weiter empfehlen.

We had a one bedroom apartment, which was very convenient and spacious. I think the sofa was a sofa bed, and could have been a bit more comfortable, however there is so much to see in the region that we did not spend so much time in the apartment. Staff is friendly and the location is good. Only 5min from the beach and 10min by bike from the city center. Very convenient that they provide bikes for free. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, but also only 15euros pp.

Together with my wife we stayed here for a week in September. I cannot speak highly enough of the facilities, the staff and the quality of the apartment we stayed in. We have been holidaying for over 40 years and this is the first time I can describe a place as perfect. The location near to a beach is excellent and Rovinj is the most picturesque place you can ask for. Thank you to all staff for providing us with the best holiday ever. It deserves six stars!!! Wir waren vier Nächte in der Villa Marea zu Gast. Es ist ein kleines Hotel in Strassennähe jedoch ruhig gelegen. Um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, werden vom Hotel gratis Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Zu Fuss dauert es etwa 20 bis 25 Minuten. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Zimmer sowie die ganze Anlage konnten uns in punkto Sauberkeit ebenfalls überzeugen. Die Inhaber und das Personal waren feundlich und hilfsbereit. Was Gäste allenfalls beachten müssen: wir haben über *********** gebucht. In der Übersicht, vor Abschluss der Buchung, wurde das Frühstück als inklusive angegeben. Nach Abschluss nicht mehr. Uns hat das Hotel ebenfalls bestätigt das es nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist. Dies kann zu Missverständnissen führen. Für einen Aufpreis kann man das Frühstück jedoch dazu buchen.

Excellent small hotel, with a pool and very comfortable sunloungers . The free use of the bikes was a big plus , has the hotel is close to the Beach and coastal cycling track, but a half hour walk into the town . We used a taxi service each night for 60 kuna . The hotel offers Breakfast , which looked nice , typical continental breakfast buffet. We had Bed with no breakfast , there is a local bakers and supermarket close to hotel , we bought croissants from the baker and cycled each morning to Ravinj for coffee on the waterfront , just perfect for us . You can cycle along the coastline with numerous bathing areas and cafe bars , and end near the hotel at the end of the day if you wish.
