德爾芬酒店(Hotel Delfin)

Das Positive vorweg, war die Betreuung und Freundlichkeit der Rezeption. Das Zimmer hat leider nicht mit Sauberkeit (Teppichflecken, Blut von Insekten an der Decke und Wände sowie im Bad offene Fliesen bei der Türzarge) gepunktet. Wir haben ebenfalls nicht gut geschlafen im Bett. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Buffer war leider sehr übersichtlich. (Auswahl und Detail zur Liebe) Leider hat man es nicht geschafft beim Buffet ausreichend Schüsseln z.B. für Müsli, kleine Tellern oder Teetassen etc. für die Gäste in ausreichender Anzahl bereitzustellen. Zusammenfassend können wir festhalten, dass das Preisleistungsverhältnis für die gebuchten Nächte „befriedigend“ ausgefallen ist. Nochmals würden wir das Hotel nicht buchen!

Our stay at Rovinj’s Delfin Hotel was excellent and we recommend it. The hotel is located just outside the main tourist area for Rovinj, and parking was included, which was excellent. Breakfast, which was delicious, was also included. There were many other amenities (boat rides and such) right across the street. In addition to the restaurants in old Rovinj and in the Rovinj marina, there are tons of good restaurants nearby and even a small supermarket right next door. Our room had a view of Rovinj which was breathtaking! The staff was excellent, eager to help, knowledgeable, and made helpful recommendations. At one point, one of the young men that brought our car even connected our phone to the car’s GPS!

Great hotel. great restaurant, right on the beach. Staff was super friendly (they even took the car and parked it somewhere and did not bother to charge for it) and the food was one of the best in town. The fish was super fresh and the portions were out of the world.

Hotel room stunk due to sewer pipes. Customer service woman was argumentative and defensive. She did move us to room below ours which did smell fine and was comfortable. We slept well. However she told us we could not stay there the second night because hotel was sold out. I booked another hotel the second night and let customer service know. She told me we would not be getting any refund or accommodation. Sorry Hotel Delfin no good customer service!

Fridge access is terrible design. Takes hours for room to cool off. Needs a better place for luggage. Both day and night Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast would be better if eggs where hot.

Small boutique hotel well located for strolls to old town and beach. Great view across the harbour to old town from balcony. Well designed and very clean room. Reception and waiting staff all very friendly and welcoming. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be a bonus. Would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights in this cosy and chic hotel. The staff made us feel very welcome especially Bojana at front desk who always had a smile on her face and went the extra mile to help with restaurant reservations etc and making sure we were well taken care of. The complimentary valet parking was extremely convenient and oh yes, best coffee at breakfast! Keep up the good work!
