Property stated it was available for booking. Booked and payment made. Receive a message stating that the booking was cancelled and property was unavailable as there were other guests staying.
Over a month passed and I was still waiting for a refund. I contacted e-bookers (several times) and for a few weeks they could not contact the property (no one was picking up). When they did talk to the property there were excuses or false actions to provide refund. E-bookers stated this was been escalated but there was no progress.
Six weeks on, I got the credit card company to dispute which is in progress.
Not a very happy experience.
