Exceptional quality of services and beautiful views

Une soirée horrible l'hôtel n'a rien fait pour comprendre nos problématiques Nous attendons toujours un retour depuis le 25 avril concernant la réclamation.... Voici les éléments : - Douche beaucoup de calcaire,eau tiède - VMC qui fait un bruit pas possible vidéo envoyé au service réclamation mais silence radio.... - Oreillers avec traces de sang ..... Bref je déconseille fortement l'hôtel tarif exorbitant et pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles... Nous voyageons régulièrement nous avons rarement vu un manque de professionnalisme aussi important !!!!

Most pathetic hotel with with most pathetic reception staff, My Father is a platinum elite member and every after requesting for complementary water which is allowed for us we are Marriott platinum elite member these rude pathetic and super useless staff of the hotel are not ready to give, even when we have Junior Suite Shameful for treating tourists like this, Would never recommend foreigners to book this pathetic property.

I have booked this hotel for 5 days but my initial experience was very bad and the front desk manager did not supported us. I being the platinum member of Bonyoy Marriot and I did my reservation 1 month before and 2 days back I have requested for the early check-in for which I am entitled but the room was not alloted to me and the upgrade room was also not given to me. I am not satisfied with the front desk staff. The hotel is not located in the city also.I will not recommend others to book this hotel because In the same cost one can better options. In this hotel club lounge is also not there for club elite members. Overall experience is very bad and hopeless.

Pour notre mariage au manoir du Paris country club le 4 mai nous avons pu profiter d une suite à l hôtel Excellent Accueil , Hotel exceptionnel ,très propre , tous les personnels de l'hôtel très professionnel , gentillesse ,souriant ,a l'écoute ,agréable service petit déjeuner au top Un merci particulièrement à Omy pour son professionnalisme je recommande les yeux fermés

Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le lieu est très agréable et très beau. Lors du petit déjeuner la responsable nous a proposé de nous prendre en photo et nous a permis de découvrir d'autres lieux pour continuer à faire de belles photos. Il y a différentes ambiances et vous pourrez vous amuser avec votre partenaire avec un peu d'imagination. Toute l équipe est attentionnée et cela a été le cas également à l'accueil. Le spa propose un hammam et sauna. La fille qui a réalisé le massage était très à l'écoute et m'a fait un massage en incorporant les deux massages pour lesquels j'étais indécise. C'était très relaxant et réconfortant. Merci à toute l'équipe et à mon chéri pour le cadeau.

This hotel was beautiful. Cant say enough about the room comfortable beds friendly staff who went out of their way to make paris a holiday we will never forget. Special thanks to Kloe on reception. I will never forget your kindness. Thank you to Jessica who gave me amazing massage on my last day. Thank you Louise and colleague who looked after us having meal. This hotel deserves a five star rating & more . I would be happy to stay here and go nowhere else's beautiful & relaxing. Not enough words to say how EPIC this hotel is

Bon à part les chambres qui passent Le service au bar est une catastrophe sauf si vous avez une heure devant vous Au restaurant on vous sert 3 morceau de pain pour une table de 5 personnes Au dessert une sorte de profiterole énorme mais ultra congelé et quand vous demander autre chose ok vous propose de le passer au micro onde Une honte totale !!!

Disappointing not to be told at the point of booking that the hotel would essentially be operating reduced services through the duration of our stay. With two young children, not ideal to have the restaurant on site closed throughout due to staff being on holiday for the month of august. Being given a list of alternative restaurants at check in does not constitute an appropriate recompense.

Spent my first night in France in this hotel. I picked it because of its isolated look in such a busy city like Paris. It was my first night with my boyfriend after not seeing him for a month so I wanted it to be as special as possible. The reception team was incredible from check out to check in. I really want to commend the whole reception team from someone working in a Marriott hotel myself. Outstanding English for it not being their first language. There was a lovely blonde receptionist which I regret not catching her name because she was so nice to me and my boyfriend with any queries we had. She even printed a map of the local area for a midnight walk we wanted to take. Thank you to the Hippodrome staff for the incredible stay and I will be back in the near future!

Really enjoyed our time here, rooms clean, beds comfy, chair in room was luxury. Some furniture I would describe as “shabby chic” but all good. Staff couldn’t do enough, staff at breakfast fantastic and it could be described as over service just think it and it appeared. My daughter asked for some toiletries and 20mins later it was at the door. Neighbourhood felt safe and very quiet, hotel is in a country club so very quiet. Free parking excellent, if you have an EV bring your wall connector cable. The only downside and not for us is access to public transport station is 20-30min walk, there is a bus or taxi I’m sure but that is walkable for us but may not be for all. I would have no reservation going back.

Bel hôtel dans un environnement calme. Architecture et style original, proximité de l’hippodrome oblige. Chambres confortables et très spacieuses avec salle de bain bien aménagée. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet dans une salle de restaurant agréable.
