Hotel ubicado en pleno centro. Personal amable y dispuesto a brindar ayuda en lo que sea necesario. Habitaciones cómodas, disponen de frigobar, hervidor y aire acondicionado. Hay múltiples tamaños, si el objetivo es pasar tiempo en el hotel, recomiendo elegir una de mayor tamaño- Buena calidad de sueño. Recomiendo desayunar en hotel, posee una amplia variedad, alimentos de calidad y con oferta de productos locales, así como estilo americano. Destaco que posee gimnasio y spa en subterráneo.

We stayed at this hotel one night and we parked our car in front of the hotel We asked if we can park there and the receptionist didn’t say anything. In the morning when we wanted to leave we noticed that our car was missing and I asked the receptionist where the car was and she said that the car had been towed by the tow truck and gave us the address where to pick it up she saw that they were evacuating our car and did not notify us, we noticed when we wanted to leave. the receptionist was rude and non-professional and given the fact that we asked if it was possible to park or not, she didn't tell us anything.

Una calidad-precio inmejorable. Aparcamiento facil y gratis. Buen desayuno aunque creo que deberia de tener más productos dulces. Una estancia muy agradable. El centro esta al lado y puedes ir a pie a todas partes. Ruse es una ciudad muy bonita.

Hotel is great, location is perfect. The bad review is because they mislead us at first and lie to us eventually. We were a big group of people, all with cars. We asked where to park and the reception said it is absolutely fine to park outside on the side of the hotel ( even there is sign parking is forbidden). Next day we all had tickets from the police, when we went to us ask what is happening, Reception said they will pay the tickets for all of us so we left them there. They were not paid and some of us end up in a strange situation when changing documents in the future. It was a 10 euro fine per car, it is not a lot. But you can't misslead and lie to people...

The property is clean and nice, my only down take is that breakfast starts at 8 am

This property was located in a central space and was clean and in good condition. The rooms were very hot and when we tried to use the air conditioning unit it only provided hot air. We spoke with reception and they told us that the air conditioning units for the building were all connected and that the cooling had now been turned off for winter (it was early Nov, but unseasonably warm). They could also not provide a fan and we were told to instead open a window. This would have been fine however there is a night club directly opposite the hotel which plays very loud music and people tend to congregate in the square at night. We stayed for two nights (Friday and Saturday) and were not able to sleep until after 3:30am both nights. It is worth noting that when the windows were closed the noise was muffled enough that you would be able to sleep- however it was then far too hot. A fan in the rooms or the ability to individually manage heating/cooling for each room would solve this issue.

Lovely little hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. the cleaning lady was super cute! Amazing breakfast!!! Loved our stay. Would highly recommend

The hotel is situated in the beautiful and communicative part of Ruse. The staff is polite, the breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. Tween rooms are very small and the view from the window from my room was very ugly (a roof infront the window occupied the entire view -that forced me to avoid staying in the room during the day. At night was also uncomfortable because of very noisy and unpleasant for us music (chlga) from the restaurant to the hotel.
