The accommodation was within easy walking of a great hotel with a nice menu. On site parking and comfortable rooms.

East stay. Plenty of parking. Pub next door with amazing kids space. Food options across the road.

Loved that the rooms were clean and especially the complimentary water and snacks. Came in handy!

Property was lovely, clean and tidy. Loved having the Bradford Hotel next door to go for great meals. Very happy with everything.

Room was cozy, modern and spacious, more than enough space for two adults and two children. Back wall of the room was all glass opening the view of a little nice patio. There is a mini fridge, a microwave snd a kettle in the room and complimentary water and snacks on arrival. Plenty of parking outside and a lot of shopping options. We did experience some shortage of staff the second day of our stay and also wi-fi signal was very weak.

I stayed in a twin room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. A little more attention to cleanliness would have been appreciated - it was a little grubby. The front door was dirty as was the front mat. But the worst for me was that the sheets didn’t smell fresh. The staff were very obliging and gave me fresh ones, however I came to realise that it was the pillows that stank. Every time I turned over I got a full whiff of someone else’s body odour. I doubt that the pillows have ever been cleaned and now just putting on a new pillowcase cannot disguise the stench. I couldn’t sleep with this going on so it spoilt my night. This place could be very excellent with just a bit more attention to detail. If you aren’t fussy you won’t mind but I didn’t enjoy it sadly.

Bed was very comfortable. Had trouble with very slow WIFI. Spa bath jets were very weak so didn’t really do anything. To supply a fridge and microwave in the room but no knifes & forks or plates was a bit disappointing. Outside pool looked nice but due to the wind the umbrellas could not be put up so there was no shade. Very convenient and local to home.

My wife and I's stay at Hunter Gateway was overall quite good. The location to where we needed to access our goals was excellent. The room was sufficient for our needs and comfortable. The only dissapointments were: 1 The internet was just about non exsistant, at one point I was only getting .14 of one megabyte and emails just would not load. 2 We wanted a room for two people but there was only one lounge chair in the room and an office style chair which I had to use to watch tv etc. Likewise on the patio we were supplied with one plastic chair and a table. We were told they were having problems with the internet and work was in progress to fix it. Maybe I am super critical but my wife and I have spent a lot of time in motels throughout Australia and Europe so maybe we expect a lot. Overall our stay was really good and we would like to try another visit.

Did not appreciate refusal of a bottle of water when requested for following a couple of nights' stay through the 3-night booking citing I get what I paid for....
