Guter Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Etwas merkwürdiges Schrank-Klappbett, Einrichtung insgesamt recht alt und abgewohnt. Preis-Leistung dennoch in Ordnung.

Zuerst das Positive: - nettes Personal - sehr geräumiges Zimmer bzw. Apartment - gutes Freizeitangebot Jetzt das Negative: - die Anlage sowie die Zimmer sind verwohnt; die Sofapolster durchgesessen; da müsste dringend mal ein Bautrupp rein - die Frage nach einem Spiegelei beim Frühstück kann man sich sparen - das Restaurant hat an einem Diensttag Abend zu - alles low Budget

Für den Preis ein Klappbett, für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Abendessen gut mehr aber nicht. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und bemüht. Bad müsste neu gemacht werden. Im guten und ganzen passt es schon für den Urlaub, da die Möglichkeit besteht selber zu kochen. Für Busines fraglich.

Sehr nettes Personal! Ansonsten Renovierungsstau! Dennoch guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen!

A lovely hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. We stayed for a week in February and were able to get the local bus into Zell am See to ski (about a 20 minute ride). This is also the same bus that takes you to Salzburg which is handy for the airport or a day out! The bus stop is a short walk from the hotel and is free to Zell am See for people with a ski pass. The hotel is very clean and cosy. We had a studio room which came with everything we could need, including some complimentary food which was very handy! The bed was a little uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed with a very hard mattress and the pillows were very flat. Otherwise the room was great! There is a ski storage room, swimming pool, sauna, and a games room and the restaurant is lovely. The food was excellent although the chef would prioritise making main courses for all guests before making desserts, so we had to wait a while between courses. There was live music on the Friday night which was good fun.

We have just returned from a week staying at this lovely residence with my sister and her husband. The couple that manage this property - Norbert and Agnes are truly wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. On our first evening we had booked a restaurant nearby and were a bit apprehensive to drive there in the snow, Norbert offered to drive us and collect us. There is a very welcoming bar area, really homely and charming. Our room (recently refurbished) was exceptional and so comfy with fantastic views of the mountains. There is a swimming pool and sauna to relax in after a days skiing. The skiing in the area is fantastic and extensive (car needed to visit the slopes). The hotel also has a ski and boot storage area (heated). To sum up - a lovely place to stay and a wonderful welcome. The couple that manage here make this the place it is! We didn’t want to leave!
