酒店硬件設施都很好，就是位置一般，一面是高架橋，一面是鐵路，噪音挺大，位置偏僻，衞生條件很好，早餐也可以。

Hampto Inn의 좋은 시설에서 출장 기간 완벽하게 지냈습니다. 다음번에 방문하게된다면 다시 이용하도록 하겠습니다.

Our son attends Sac State, so this hotel is our home away from home. We stay 5 or so times per year. When you visit, you MUST say "hello" to Alfredo who is the friendliest breakfast buffet attendant you will ever meet. The food is also awesome. The rooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable.

My husband & I recently stayed overnight to see KISS at the Aftershock Festival at Discovery Park. We were very pleased. The Hotel is clean, modern & bright. Hotel is next to the Freeway but we hardly noticed any noise. The complimentary breakfast was good, something for everyone, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffle station, juice & coffee. We felt very safe as it is near an industrial area and we noticed a few unhoused individuals nearby. The property is fenced & gated. You must scan your room key at the front door to enter the Hotel at night. They also have a security guard from 6pm-6am. There was a nice looking pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. The only downside was there's no food/restaurants nearby and they do charge for parking, $8.50/night, but that's not bad. They do offer snacks & beverages for purchase in the Lobby and there's always UberEats. Another Hotel is being built nextdoor, so maybe a few food places will be built in the future. We will definitely stay again. Farrah & Lorena at the front desk were awesome. The were very welcoming, friendly and answered all our questions regarding ordering an Uber, parking & breakfast hours.

Nice new hotel with easy access to freeway and light rail. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Nice to see a hotel in this part of Sacramento

We were at king suite in first floor and it was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Roof was so high with big windows and lots of day light. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was perfect! We dropped our son off at Sac State and it was close to the school! The staff is incredible there! Sweetest nicest people! Everything about THE HOTEL was great! Around the hotel is just like anywhere else in Sacramento. Homeless everywhere and homeless people encampments. I felt safe at the hotel though. They have security out front.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean and for the most part quiet. We were there on college drop off week so the building was mostly full of Sac State families. The area surrounding this hotel is industrial and definitely didn't invite exploration. Right next to the train tracks and highway but you couldn't really hear any of that. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and seemed worn. You could hear the springs creaking when you rolled over and the mattress didn't offer much support. If the beds/pillows were in better shape and the building faced any restaurants or shops or anything, this would have been a great find. We had a nice stay and will consider returning to this hotel when we visit our child in the future.

We always stay here when we visit Sacramento. It is close to where we need to be, the hotel breakfast is great and the people are amazing. Frank, the front desk attendant remembers me when I check in, and always has happy things to say. Alfred, the breakfast host is kind and always has amazing energy.

We asked for housekeeping when we checked in and never received it. I don't know if the front desk never set it up or if housekeeping never got the message. We only wanted it on two days of our stay. Our friends left their please clean the room signs out and they never got housekeeping either. They did give us towels and toilet paper when asked.

I checked in for my hotel at 3:00pm and was greeted with nice people. Everything was going great except the room’s AC was broken and they had to have a technician come and fix it. The technician was great but having to wait 2 hours in the lobby while our room is being fixed is ridiculous after a long drive. I told my father to ask the service rep at the front desk to atleast get the parking fee waived and as I got home from my trip, THEY STILL CHARGED ME for parking after they said they would waive it. It’s not about the price but the lack of sincerity. Ridiculous.
