Residence Inn Sacramento Cal Expo

I book our hotel at trip.com and the rate is very competitive. Also customer service at the Residence Inn at Sacramento is superb! They gave us an excellent customer service. Thanks a lot

The property is extremely run down - did not feel safe at all! I booked online for the best price which was around $130 for a king suite but was not told of the amount of the pet fee- it turns out that the pet fee was MORE than the cost of the room!!!!$150 for our labradoodle that does not shed and sleeps in a crate - we were now even at the hotel 18 hours! and spent about $275 on two rooms plus $150 for the dog - just poor advertising and outrageous prices for a dirty, run down residence inn. Super disappointed as we have stayed in your hotels for years and years!

Non smoking room reeked like smoke. Instead of changing our room they sent guy up with febreeze to spray curtains. Tv attached to same wall as beds so unable to watch tv in bed.

The property is very run down. The rooms were clean, but the mattresses were terrible--I was sleeping on a slope all night trying not to roll into my husband. We had to move the couch to make room to pull out the sofa bed and the mattress was very thin and stained. We chose this room for the sleeper sofa and it was unusable because it was so thin and uncomfortable--even for kids.

nice and clean hotel, big and spacious room, well equipped. Restaurants and stores in the surrounding area. A little bit old, but well preserved. Fantastic breakfast

I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed at this Marriott location. There were no towels in the room the pillows and sheet smelled, the mattress was super uncomfortable. I have major back pain due the uncomfortable mattress. I asked to switch the rooms and had to go to the front desk to get towels and clean sheets. Rey disappointing. I will. Or stay here nor will Have good reviews about this place.

We had a nice one night stay. The. Breakfast included with our stay was outstanding! The room was really nice with the full size kitchen too.

Was easy to change room options since my husband has bad knees and the stairs eould have been to hard on him. Very friendly people. The lady that puts out the food for breakfast is very sweet.

I love the rooms in this place. I gave it a lower ranking than usual, because furniture was missing. There’s usually two chairs at the table and a recliner. The recliner and the second chair was missing.
