國會公園對面旅館 - 阿桑德連鎖酒店(Inn Off Capitol Park, Ascend Hotel Collection)

I was disappointed in my stay. Although staff were friendly, the entire motel needs a lot of work and inves**ent. The outside of the building looks better than the inside so I was very disappointed when I walked through the doors. The lack of available parking for all guests is enough for me to never stay here again. This is a motel style facility where all room doors congregate into a ring shape in the middle with a large sky light roof covering the elements. It looked and felt very much like a budget motel (even given the look of the outside of the building), so for the price I was very disappointed. The overall facilities were not clean, and many things were falling apart. The bathrooms were not overly clean and the toilet paper roll in my bathroom was not fresh (it was 75% used). The windows in the bathroom open to a filthy alley with a building within touching distance from the window. Also, the in-wall A/C unit was basically in the closet way. The room was extremely small. The place was a ghost town. I literally didn't see a single guest. This place offers zero continental breakfast, has no on-site food options, and has limited food available in the very near vicinity. For the price, you can do much better in a much better location. Spend $50-75/night more and you can stay at a 5-star hotel like the Hyatt Regency down the street that has valet, on-site food, is a true hotel with extremely clean facilities. If this place said Motel 6 outside, you wouldn't be shocked.

This a wonderful hotel just a block from the Capitol. Beautiful, light-filled enclosed courtyard on the second floor. Very clean and quiet. Well-appointed with generous sized rooms. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The Inn is centrally located and is convenient. It's off the street and is very noisy from the cars driving by all night long. It's also have no insulations. You can hear the activities above you and next to you. It's hard to have any sleep.

This was a two day, one night work trip. It was convenient and super close to the Capitol and the Convention center. Starbucks was close by for our morning coffee, we had lunch at Halal Food and dinner was amazing at Kin Thai. The hotel was extremely cute and the beds were very comfortable!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Hard as rock. All the pillows were flat! The thing that ****** was the a/c wouldn’t stay on. Had to keep using the remote to turn the a/c on during the heat wave of 110. Also the a/c didn’t reach the bathroom so your boiling trying to take a crap. Didn’t even use the shower because as soon as you get out your sweaty again because of no a/c in the bathroom & the lights in the bathroom were like you were inside a tanning bed baking in the sun.

I've stayed in some small rooms in my day (Paris, New York), and this one was small. Also received no service whatsoever. It is run down and not very nice.

The hotel was nice, in a walkable area, everything was clean, my only issue is that I paid for a king size bed and I received a queen, and was told the hotel was full so I could not change room.

Great stay at this smaller hotel near Capitol Park. We were able to get parking on site. Everything was smooth and clean. Seemed to have been updated recently. Restaurants at a walkable distance.
