El cuarto se llenaba de agua después que salías de bañarte porque no se iba el agua por el resumidero, el aire no enfriaba nada y lo reporte dos veces, nunca lo arreglaron y olía a drenaje todo el cuarto.

From the moment I walked into the door, to the time I was checking out. I was super disappointed for the amount of money paid and the quality received. The staff was rude, and not friendly. They seemed bothered to be checking me in and answering my questions. The room was filthy. The walls had mold and were stained. The furniture had tears and worn down. The room had cigarette smells even though I choose a non smoking room. There was no breakfast offered. The beds felt like laying on cardboard, super stiff, no comfort and the AC was so loud, I did not get sleep. The parking area had abandoned cars and random people hanging out. I worried my car would have gotten broken into. I will NOT be back.

Today it’s the very definition of rundown… staff unable to smile or be friendly , can’t provide services that the sign behind them offers, 4/5 times coffee in lobby was empty… lots of shady people lurking around all day and night, lots of broken wrecked abandon cars around, found a cigarette butt, tampon, counters not wiped in room, both sink and tub drains backed up , rusted iron will ruin your clothes… filthy walkways and parking lot … but it’s the cheapest place with a real kitchen in a convenient locale

Pictures are far from reality, this hotel is dirty, beds are uncomfortable and over all looks dirty and unkept. I went with my son and we didn't feel safe at all within minutes of arriving there was cops outside dealing with other guest so I decided to book another place and left. Wasted $180 dollars.

I would be CAUTIOS about staying here. They have residents that live there month to month, and we had our CATALYTICT CONVERTER stolen. In the morning, some woman came out of her door, older one, and said...they got yours to? We looked at our vehicle after we started it, and noticed it was sawed off. We felt that it was an "in house" job, as the older woman new exactly what happened. CAUTIOUS on staying here.

Terrible. From the time I entered to getting my room. I want my refund. The pic on your app is totally opposite to my experience!
