Stayed 4 nights with my wife and son. Absolutely everyone working at this hotel that we came in contact with was delightful. Valets, front desk, restaurant, cafe, or housekeeping, everyone was eager and happy to assist. All our requests were handled quickly and with a smile.
The room was very clean, and it’s hard to beat the location. Within short walking distance of tons of food, shopping, and historic locations and attractions.
Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great time in St. Augustine. What made it better was the hotel we stayed at (Hilton)The staff was amazing from the valet, front desk, bartenders and even the cleaning staff. Plus the entire hotel was spotless and smelled amazing. I will definitely be back well worth it. I told the manager that he should be proud of all of his staff he has great employees.

The one night stay was very good. Staff was friendly and courteous. The location could not be better. Our room had a bay front view that was quite nice. The balcony was small but usable except for the bird poop that was everywhere. That was the one issue that disturbed me. You pay for bayfront….the balcony should be clean.

Stayed here to get married at the Treasury on the Plaza & it was perfect walking distance, all of the staff was very nice, our room was ready before check in & it was very clean. We absolutely loved it & the decor/details of the hotel was beautiful.

This was an absolute joke. They called us a four-star hotel. You couldn’t even get in the shower. The bathroom was dirty and they were very deceitful about saying it was on the bay. It was on a two-lane highway

Room smelled. Barn door to bathroom doesn’t completely close. Bed is not a queen more like a full and very uncomfortable.
