When we walked into our room (room 200) we immediately noticed the smell of moisture and mold. I tried calling the front desk and got no answer. We decided to make the best of it since it was late. Went in the bathroom to get a shower and there was no shower curtain. Tried calling again, no answer. The chair didn’t have a cushion, the pillows looked like sofa pillows and the bed was hard. The next morning when we were leaving, I stopped at the desk and told the young lady about our experience and got a simple “sorry”. For just under $300 a night, it was a terrible experience and I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.
