Well head blown 🥰 what a fantastic place to stay amazing staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and amazing cute rooms. Also very accommodating for children The food well if I could rate this 10 I absolutely would 🥰 Will be back for your entertainment 😁.

Came with a friend for an hours use of the spa facilities. On arrival was told the jacuzzi and pool was colder than normal so go and have a hot drink etc in the bar whilst we wait for it all to heat up, no offer of a complimentry drink, nothing. Two exspensive tiny hot choclates later we tried again. By this time many people had also been waiting to use the facilites so there were then too many people in the pool area. Jacuzzi still freezing cold, couldnt use it (only fits two people anyway 🙃) Pool freezing cold and looking really run down Sauna n steam room ok but very small. Sorry to stay this place is looking so tired, needs a revamp and some heating put on in the changing room. No offer of a refund for a spa hour that was not fit for purpose. We will not be returning

I have been an avid user of this hotel over the years, the farm is a lovely setting and it is a lovely building and good place to eat. I haven’t really needed to complain before but this time, I booked to use the spa online, it’s £10 for one hour, when I arrived I was disappointed that the steam room was not working (sauna and steam room is what I most keen on using). These things happen but I asked for a part refund for my visit as I wasn’t told prior to my visit, but it actually felt like my complaint was turning into an argument, I was told that I had use of the other facilities and that I could have £1 off on my next visit! Whoever this was really needs to think about compliant management and think about why a customer is complaining. I feel like in general, people don’t actually like complaining (of course there are exceptions!) but it’s not nice when you do take the time to complain to try and resolve something and you get spoken to like you are the one in the wrong. It has left me feeling uncomfortable to return for food / treatments / spa the I have used in the past. A shame because I was told if I booked over the phone, I would have been informed. Whether you are spending £10 of £100 you should be treated the same, but a reluctance to solve my complaint has resulted in a reluctance for myself and my family to return. Overall, if you have booked, you will probably have a nice time but, only if things run smoothly and you don’t have to complain about anything.

I would highly recommend, I had a lovely breakfast (absolutely delicious) and the coffee was the best I’ve had in ages. Our waitress Ri provided excellent customer service, we will definitely be visiting again. The restaurant was clean and comfortable with a lovely atmosphere.

Bit of a controversial title, but its true, if you are a towny you might find the pong a bit strong, but we are quite rural, so it didn't bother us one bit. (you soon get used to it anyway!) I shouldn't really bang on about the rural aroma because it is the ONLY slight downside to Llety Cynin. The Staff are great, very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the leisure facilities are first class, with a pool, sauna and steam room to go at. Breakfast is really nice, with a good choice of dishes (the breakfast roll is a particular treat!). The evening menu is also very nice, and the food is really very good. As an added bonus there are EV charging facilities on site There are some nice walks by the river, or you could just go in the gym and burn off the calories. There are spa treatments available, but we didn't try them, but it looked like a popular choice with the locals. We will definitely be staying there again.

Booked with a friend for an overnight spa. Absolutely wonderful treatment by the therapist, had some quiet time in the relaxation room and spent some time in the pool, sauna and steam room. The evening meal was out of this world. The best local ingredients were used and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of options were available for breakfast and again , the food was amazing. I'd highly recommend llety Cynin.

Came here with a friend, on arrival the older lady on reception was very unwelcoming, she was abrupt and didn’t make us feel welcome. Front of house should be the main priority as this sets the scene for the rest fi the stay! The spa is basic, quite small & not enough room in the jacuzzi for more than 3 so not ideal of you are a larger group. Steam room and sauna are also small. The room outside the steam room is very slippery due to the type of flooring there which seems unsuitable for a surface that will get wet. The best thing about this place is the food. The food is amazing and the staff in this area are much friendlier too. 10/10 for the food as every meal was delicious. The rooms are very clean but the sloping ceilings are very challenging if you are tall so I did bang my head a lot. The younger lady on reception later was so much friendlier, it’s a shame it wasn’t her there when we arrived. We met a group of ladies in the spa and they also complained to us about the attitude of the older lady towards them when they arrived yon so it wasn’t just us. Front of house needs to be improved & some improvements to the spa needed too. I would definitely come back for the food only.

Credit where credit is due. Excellent food , the homemade hash browns are possibly one of the nicest Things I've ever tasted. Every meal was quality ingredients and homemade. Will be returning for the food alone. Thanks everyone. Really enjoyed.

A lovely afternoon spent with the ladies in my family celebrating my 60th birthday. We had the Mindfulness package with afternoon tea which was delicious. It wasn’t too busy so able to use the Spa facilities after our massages. A lovely idea to give you a complimentary spa bag and slippers, with our robes and towels too.
