Great location - easy to access West St. Cloud area with all the shopping. It has parking which is easy to access.

We needed a night to stay after Christmas up north and this was perfect. Clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast included. Quick easy check in/out. Would stay here again if needed.

The hotel was okay but lacked some attention to detail drapes didn’t close all the way, no extra bedding for the pull out and fudge needed to be defrosted the freezer portion would not close. While these are minor and did not make or break the trip. We would stay here again. Good location, easy to find, shopping nearby.

I have stayed here multiple times and been very pleased. Our stay last night was awful!! Our room was right above the lobby so all night you could hear the entrance door opening and closing. About 6:30pm it sounded like an unsupervised daycare was let loose in the hotel. This went on past midnight. Very disappointed that nothing was done by the hotel staff.

Every morning when I went to breakfast I would have a conversation with the gentleman that kept everything clean. He was a great guy to talk to and he kept the dinning room clean I enjoyed seeing him in the mornings to have our talk, he made it feel like home.

Desk attendant was pleasant. Hallway and room carpets were a bit shabby and could use a refresh. We were on 2nd floor - the ceiling was so thin it sounded like there was a herd of elephants practicing their marching band routine above us - so noisy. Our room was clean, as was the lobby and breakfast areas.

I liked the hot tub and checkin was good. Everything was ready as we paid ahead of time. Didn’t like that the air conditioner unit ran and blew out cold air on person sleeping in bed beside it. We shut it off but then it got stuffy. Not sure what a person can do about that.
