聖丹尼斯拉迪遜酒店，拉留尼翁(Radisson Hotel Saint Denis, la Reunion)

Pour un repas et nuitée de St Valentin , a déconseiller totalement. Réservé pour 20h00, a 22h00 toujours pas servi d'entree. Lenteur dans les commandes . Même avec un bébé fallu attendre 22h00 pour commencer à être servi après plusieurs insistances.. PLUS JAMAIs

Wouaaa il va être beau mais là ouvrir alors que rien n'est fini c'est plus que dommage vu le prix ! Manque 2-3 mois pour que cela soit nickel ! Que cela soit à la réception ou au restaurant le personnel est gentil mais tellement pas qualifié !!! C'est la cata le service au restaurant !!!

First the positives. This is a brand new hotel, so everything was clean, new and spotless. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We had an early flight arrival to St.Denis and arrived at the hotel just beford 8am. We was offered breakfast and then shortly afterwards we was told our room was ready. Checked in before 10am. Now the negatives. The hotel is not finished. Work is still going on outside and every morning workmen are on site at 7am. But, one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the lovely pictures of the swimming pool and seating area since St.Denis has no beach. Unfortunately, the pool was still being built as is the onsite carpark, so you have to find alternative parking. In our room was a letter saying no kettle due to the hotel being in a pre-opening stage and free coffe downstairs. However, when I asked I had to pay 6 euros. I would not have minded had the hotel informed us before arriving so that we could have changed, but they did not. Nor have they reduced the room rate and when we complained on leaving, no discount was offered. I am sure this will be a great hotel. Just avoid for the next month or 2 until complete.

Hôtel pas fini. Je n’ai jamais vu un Radisson neuf dans un tel état. Une honte.
