艾爾波尼塔汽車旅館(El Bonita Motel)

Major construction and was never told about the trucks, workers etc. Next door room played loud music at night and when front desk was called took at least an hour for music to stop. Drinking, yelling and BBQ outside motel room with their own BBQ. Very disappointing.

They followed what ********** sent, but ********** does not offer selecting ADA rooms which caused us problems, even after contacting the site directly.

The areas I like St Helena Close to town The room was rundown. it had a hole in the wall and the wallpaper was torn window coverings 😠 For the price of the room it was not good at all! And Was very disappointing . Not sure if I’ll stay there again.

Nothing unique. Room unacceptably noisy and too bright. Would never stay there again.

와이너리 주변 호텔이 가격이 너무너무 비싸서 그나마 평이 괜찮고, 위치도 와이너리 근처여서 선택을 했습니다. 그런데 모텔답지 않게 시설도 좋고, 수영장도 있고, 위치도 좋고, 주차도 가능하고 매우 만족스러웠습니다~ 강력 추천합니다~~

This was our first time here and we were so happy with the staff the location the space was so clean .

Mold in super tiny bathroom, shhets clean but bed covers old, dirty and thread bare. Furniture shabby and lack of chairs for seating A lot of money spent on outside driveways and pool/ spa. Would have been better spent on upgrading rooms

Spacious, clean room on first floor with sliding glass door to rear area. Quiet, secluded, well maintained. Will definitely stay here again!

We were really excited to come to this property to celebrate a New Year in Napa Valley. Location is really good - close to downtown and all the wineries but that’s IT!!! Worker at front desk was not nice at all and manager lady was even rude. On the day of check out she kicked us out at 11am when everywhere said CHECK OUT at 11:30am and their OWN site saying they are offering EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT. She told us - NO! When I ask her if we can stay a little bit more by the pool side, she said NO agin also saying that is only 9 rooms needs to be clean and cleaning people needs to LEAVE EARLY!!! Why???? Today is no more holiday! Btw, I usually never ever leave a bag feedback but this properly needs NEW WORKERS who can provide a great customer service.
