Un hôtel idéalement placé, avec une grande piscine, une vue à 360, un SPA et la possibilité d’avoir des massages , des petits déjeuners avec tous les jours des pâtisseries maison renouvelées, bref tout un ensemble de services pour passer d’excellentes vacances… Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec un grand plaisir Isabelle et Paul

My husband actually chose this hotel, while not fancy, it was perfect for our first stay in this adorable town. We did book a terrace hill view room, however there was no view and we were on the lower level. I was really disappointed. We were only sleeping here so I got over it quickly as the town is just amazing. The bathroom seemed like it was made for the handicapped so it was larger than most European hotels. The bed was comfortable and clean. The service was really good. I was sick when we arrived and she helped us find an open pharmacy. My husband also arranged a massage through the hotel and it was the best he's ever had. We love a European breakfast and we found this one really good. The pool was a nice touch but it was really old. I didn't even get in it. The chairs around the pool were over used and some broken. We did love the location. You are in a residential area so walking the streets was really nice and safe. The town is simply amazing and worth a trip.

A decent sized room - deluxe - with sea view from balcony (2 chairs, table & 2 loungers), overlooking the pool. Powerful shower, comfortable bed, good coffee machine, refillable toiletry bottles. Would have liked a long mirror in the room but wasn't a problem. Breakfast we both thoroughly enjoyed - the homemade lemon cake I just couldn't ignore & it tasted as good as it looked. Staff were very friendly. Carparking at hotel limited so book a space asap - roadside parking would be difficult even though it was out of season as early October & very quiet (fab time to visit as even the sea was still warm). Location great - not far to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, marina, 3 beaches & coastal footpath. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again & loved this whole corner of France.

Very poor experience. Rooms are small and require maintenance. I booked a sea view room which could not even be sold as a partial sea view, as view was of the side of a house. On complaining I was informed that was the room I had booked and could not be changed. Unfortunately I had paid prior to arrival so there was little I could do and had to endure the rudeness of the the blonde receptionist and the so called manager for the entire stay, neither of which have any customer skills and responded to my complaints with sheer discourteousness. Breakfast is basic and repetitive but the sight of a fresh piece of cheese on day three was a joy, though sadly still sat next to the wrinkled and slowly rotting tomatoes. The pool is in a state of disrepair and not welcoming. I am still waiting for a response from the owner ,Denis Frachon, to explain the vile email I received from said manager following refusal to discuss the issues I had raised. Mr. Frachon, your staff are an embarrassment to you and your hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. You could walk to the beach promenade and local restaurants . Staff was wonderful and it was a lovely quiet stay away from crowds ! No lift but we had a ground floor room ! You pay for parking but honestly it was extremely convenient.

We stayed here for 10 days in September 2023. The hotel is situated within a ten minute walk of the centre and port, where there are numerous restaurants to choose from. The hotel is clean, the pool area and sun beds well maintained. If you’re looking for a room with a view, request a room on the second floor. The reception staff are very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Parking is tricky so need to book and pay for space. Left our cases at hotel on check out day, having been given confidence that we would be able to park for a short while while freshening up before our return flight, later in the afternoon. Gentleman on reception when we returned was less welcoming than the previous reception staff. Otherwise good location - town and restaurants walkable, nice pool, good breakfast.

Hôtel & Spa La Villa Cap Ferrat Having travelled extensively and stayed in a number of hotels around the world of different categories. I can confirm that this hotel is neither boutique nor well run and in need of maintenance. Having paid good money in peak season we had high expectations. Don’t be fooled….It’s supposedly in a ‘prime location’ which is why it’s popular. But any discerning traveller would be wise to think again. The only good thing about the hotel are comfortable beds and decent bedding. The Spa which includes a sauna and jacuzzi is useful if you encounter bad weather during your stay. Everything else from inadequate room size to general comfort is not worth the money. For the level they are selling themselves at, standards need to be maintained with respect to both customer service and maintenance. It may be the end of the season, but one would expect the same level of cleanliness, facilities and comfort as advertised. There are broken sunbeds, blocked and broken drains and ****s growing around pool. The wooden Bali beds outside the ground level rooms are falling apart. Management appear to think that the fact it always gets booked up is a licence to ignore guests genuine concerns about the general state of the place. It doesn’t pay to complain to the hotel staff either as they will accuse you of lying about your concerns and not be able to offer any alternate accommodation or solution once they have taken your money. In my experience, hotel front desk staff usually try to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Not this one. If you must book here I urge you to do so via a hotel booking website rather than direct. once they have taken your money they will not listen to your concerns about the state of the place or the size of the rooms.

My wife and I stayed here in Saint Jean Cap Ferret and had a blast! The hotel is in a great location and you can walk around to explore the area and local beaches quite easily. The staff was spectacular and very accommodating to any questions or requests we had. Would highly recommend and we would stay again in the future.
