皮埃爾公寓&海洋艾柳特爾假日酒店(Pierre & Vacances Residence Heliotel Marine)

La résidence est très bien situé en face de la mer. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Le studio est bien équipé. En revanche, l'internet n'est pas terrible.

Our stay was disappointing at best. There was so much misinformation and we were simply lied to on more than one occasion. The Room: The beds are unmade and you are given a bag of linen. In a hostel this would be acceptable, in a hotel this is unexpected and unacceptable. The beds were uncomfortable and when the sofa bed was open the room was very tight feeling. There were outlets near the door (near the bed) but no place (ie: table or shelf) to set devices on and the outlets were halfway up the wall, so not all cords could just reach the floor. The Bathroom: The bathroom had a door stop in the middle of the floor near the toilet, we tripped on it and stubbed our toes on it repeatedly. We were provided one roll of toilet paper and told that if we wanted a second one we would have to pay for it - this was a 4 night stay! The faucet struggled to switch from tub to shower nozzle, but when the water was on, it was with good water pressure. However, the water would frequently vascillate between scalding and freezing and the little "wall" separating the shower and the sink did nothing to block water from turning the bathroom into a lake anytime someone took a shower. We had to use multiple towels to mop up that lake each time one of us showered. The Balcony We had a nice view of the parking lot. We enjoyed the table and chair. We were NOT informed ahead of time that if you are on the balcony and close the door between the balcony and your room you will be trapped on the balcony.

Établissement bien situé et facilement accessible en voiture. Accueil chaleureux et réactif. Studio correct mais mauvaise isolation phonique et si voisins irrespectueux (mouvement de meubles, criards, rentrée tardive bruyante...) ça peut être infernal.

Toimiva asunto perhelomailuun. Allas plussaa. Vähän jo remontin tarpeessa. Makuuhuoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut, joten kuuma oli heinäkuussa.

Super rapport qualité prix. Juste les horaires de la réception un peu limite 9h le matin

Im ganzen war die Unterkunft OK allerdings ist das Gebäude und die Einrichtung ziemlich veraltet und brauch eine neue Einrichtung.

Bon séjour de 2 nuits malgré une panne de chauffage

到達公寓時，走廊有一股瘟疫的氣味，地毯很髒。如果不適合 2 個成人和 2 個小孩，但不適合 3 個成人，公寓還不錯。我們發現了3隻蟑螂。公寓裡30度的溫度，半天住宿都沒有空調。還有一張可供第三個成人使用的床，床太小了。泳池躺椅和整個飯店一樣過時。
