卡薩森林公園聖路易斯(Kasa Forest Park St Louis)

The apartment was amazing! The outdoor patio near the club house was messy and i was nervous to use the hot tub. I was disappointed because i really wanted a use the outdoors space. But otherwise it was great!

To start, the reservation process was very unclear. Instructions were vague to the point I could not find the page to complete any process requested. Check in again was almost impossible, It took us a half hour get inside the front door after we found the building. Nothing said Kasa on the building. At checkout I was asked to login to my Kasa account but there was absolutely no place to do that.

Kasa Forest Park exceeded my expectations in every way. It was clean, spacious and a perfect place to stay in St. Louis. It was so nice to be within walking distance to the park.

This was our first Kasa booking. The virtual check in was easy and the property was great for exercise.

I really liked the beautiful and spacious unit. My only issue was the bugs. There were fruit flies hanging around the whole time I was there, when you swatted one there were always two or three more. There were no ants in the room, but when I tried to open the windows in the living room area there was a swarm behind each one, and the patio furniture had quite a few cobwebs and several small spiders. Literally everything else about the room was awesome, the fact that it had a washer and dryer and the really comfy bed, and spacious closet. The gym was great, the pool and hot tub weren't heated, but it was still nice to sit out there.

The apartment was very clean and it was quiet. The virtual check in was easy to follow. It would not be good for someone traveling alone due to the fact you have to find parking on the street and then check in, go to your room, get a key fob, then go back and get your car and use the fob to get into the garage. When checking out, you have to use the fob to get into the garage, exit the garage, then return the fob to your room. As a female, I would not want to do this by myself. My husband and I were together, so it was inconvenient, but not as much as traveling alone. I couldn't use the QR code on the card in the room to check out. The internet wouldn't connect and allow me to use it. So I had to wait until I was outside and use a link in my instructions to check out. In the room, it was clean, had extra towels and bedding. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is very nice, At first the TV wouldn't come on (it wouldn't work so we looked and found the power ***** was turned off). There needs to be instructions on how to get the internet connected on the TV so YouTube, the RoKu etc will all work. I figured it out and connected to the internet, but if anyone not familiar with computers or the internet tried using the TV, they would have problems. I brought my own coffee, but there was no coffee maker other than the Keurig. I would suggest an electric coffee maker instead of the Keurig. It was a nice place, and as long as I had my husband with me, I would stay there again.

Everything was clean, check in was easy, safe parking, I would recommend it!

Location was great for half marathon and visiting the park!

Super clean, super nice. Check in easy. Check out easy. Very nice apartment. Walking distance to The Muny. Only thing that was a head scratcher was the water in the kitchen sink didn’t get hot.. everything else great!
