Residence Inn Louisville East

This is the second time we stayed there this year, and both times we have had some plumbing issues. Property is fairly worn down, bedding is uncomfortable, blankets are paper thin, and pull out bed is un-sleepable. You have to go to the front to ask for bedding. Our car was opened and contents were rifled through during the night. thankfully no major damage to our vehicle.

A bed is a bed, but when the staff goes the extra mile it makes all the difference.

Aaron and the entire staff were amazing! The property was a quiet safe retreat. Accommodations were excellent. Highly recommend!

Overall stay was very good. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was decent for continental. The only negative was being awakened on Friday night at midnight by a vehicle cranking the bass music up and people yelling outside.

My wife and I were in town for a 4-day music festival and ended up spending five nights. This was a great and affordable place to stay. Quiet, nice part of town, parking was easy and the location was a convenient drive to almost everything one needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The one and only thing I could find where improvement was needed was that the firmness of the bed could have been more plush. So, if you like sleeping on a firm mattress, you're in luck. My wife and I would definitely say here again when we're in the area next.

Was there for a music festival. Was very happy with the room and location. All of the staff were amazing and sweet. Already plan on staying here again.

We stay every week at a Residence Inn because we go to school in Louisville. We’ve always had a good experience at this hotel.

It's the best hotel I've stayed at so far. Very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. The pull out couch mattress was not the best, but the main bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Had more amenities available than expected. It was a first for us and will not be the last!
