聖彼得堡市中心萬怡酒店(Courtyard St. Petersburg Downtown)

Stayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night).The valet staff was nice and professional.

Floor of Shower was so slippery that each of us slipped when trying to enter and leave the shower ( separately ) . The description of room indicated microwave. For the price I payed I did not expect to be told that not all rooms have microwaves. This is not a problem to me expect the description did not say that one was available in common area for those rooms without one. As a result I have canceled my reservation next week in a sister hotel in another State and made reservation with another Hotel group.Thank you for allowing me to express my comments. Signed W.P.

el hotel no cuenta con parqueo, el personal fue amable pero en ese momento eran nuevos y creo que aun falta experiencia o entrenamiento. A pesar de llegar a la hora del cierre nos sirvieron en el restaurante buena comida.

Greeted by very friendly and efficient staff and check-in was easy. Our room was ready upon arrival and very clean. All of the staff we encountered including valet were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

This is a hotel I have used often due to its proximity to my family’s home and it being reasonably priced. On this last stay, I was disappointed by the conditions and trea**ent. When I called the front desk for blankets for the sofa bed, I was told they didn’t have the staff so I would have to come to the desk to pick them up. Then when the room wasn’t cleaned, they informed me that they only service the rooms every other day now. Then the heater stopped working one night and we woke up in chills. All they did was switch our rooms and give us free breakfast. We’ll be looking for a new place to stay for future visits.

Love the history and architecture of the Hotel! Room was super clean and it was walkable to St Pete Pier, Dalí and all other attractions. The staff was amazing and answered all our silly questions. Would stay here again!

The hotel is charging us for the stay even though we paid with **********. The charge was taken from ********** but the hotel said that the room was not paid for.

Great old, yet renovated building close enough in downtown to walk anywhere, yet far enough from the loud noise level of the St. Pete Pier district. Would definitely book again. Had a large, spacious corner room, but was on a low floor right on the busy street corner side so it was pretty noisy most of the night. Luckily, I don't go to bed early. Also, must pay for breakfast on site.

I did not appreciate no notice of a fee to valet park when there is no parking at the hotel. Sounds from the street all night kept me awake. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. It needs MAJOR renovations from the prior hotel it used to be. They need parking ( no valet ) for customers who drive to the hotel.
