科爾多瓦酒店(Cordova Inn)

The Cordova Inn was historic which is what prompted me to choose it and it's closeness to Jannus Live for a show. Loved the sitting area in the lobby bar and the front porch. We had a great time. Kayla kept up updated on things via text and Slav was an amazing host getting us checked in for our stay. Can't wait for the expansion.

Perfect location and we loved the character of the property! Can easily walk to many of the highlights of St Pete. The espresso and cocktail bar in the lobby was a nice surprise. Cute decor. In the rooms, the carpet made it feel like it could be cleaner - stained and could have been vacuumed better. The bathroom was adorable. We would definitely stay again

The hotel is under construction, doing some type of expansion. The construction workers have a spot set up to do all their sawing ... right outside my first floor room. They should not be putting anyone in that room, because the workers begin sawing at 7 am every day. When I complained they gave me a $30 credit off the resort fee ... also, what is the resort fee even for? There's no pool, no spa, no amenities whatsoever. But I digress ... it's THEIR workers, that they hired. And they give them directives to start at 7 am when guests are sleeping?! Zero guest consideration. Also, the room had a bunch of furniture piled into a corner (including a random dining room chair in my closet). Finally, the tub is a standalone claw foot and has shower curtains encasing it on both sides... there is NO way to shower without having those shower curtains touch both sides of your body the entire time (and I'm not a large person). Disgusting. I never felt clean after my showers, because all I could think about was every prior guests' bodies making contact with mine in the shower.

We enjoy boutique hotels because they are unique & this 1920’s hotel has a lot of character. While they’ve definitely put a lot of work into upgrades & cool design, there were a few things to note. There is no elevator so that may be a make or brake thing for some. Parking is free in a downtown area which is a real bonus but it is 2-3 blocks away. Finally, the bathtub had a little too much character for our liking & opted not to use it. For our short stay, this wasn’t a problem, but that could’ve been a point of contention for us if we were staying longer. Let’s get to the real highlight of this place though, and that’s the staff! It’s clear they love this place and go above and beyond to ensure everything about our stay was smooth & easy. Their communication was top notch and we really really enjoyed the lobby bar and hanging out on the front porch. This place is a gem. You should definitely check out.

優點：房間很漂亮，空調運作正常，大廳和前面有舒適的坐下來聊天的地方，還有美味的飲料。 缺點：不符合 ADA 標準，工作人員承諾飲料票，但我們得到了飲料折扣，沒有電梯，不得不拄著拐杖走到三樓。沒有現場停車位。對這家酒店抱有很高的期望。對工作人員處理事情的方式感到失望。

The location was excellent. Though parking was a challenge. The parking pass we received didn't work and I ended up paying for it. The staff was fantastic and reimbursed me for that cost with no issue. The bed is semi-firm. The shower pressure was medium. Overall, not a bad stay and a great area.

A wonderful historic inn. The property is beautiful with a great bar (coffee/liquor). Sydney also made the best latte and cappuccino my partner and I have ever had! Kayla is a lovely host! 10/10 recommend.

Was not warned that you’re literally not allowed to talk inside the hotel after 10 pm. Was told by the security guard that the police would be called if we continued to make noise ( we were talking at a normal level inside our room at 11:30 pm on a Friday night).
