Friendly front desk staff. Easy walk into town, parking under hotel was tight but doable. The room we had could use a refresh. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs a refresh, it was kind of dark, needs a new shower handle. Biggest issue for me was the balcony, you could only fit on standing, looked out over the dumpster and house being renovated across the street. Breakfast was Sams Club type muffins, apples or bananas. Coffee out of a machine was good but had to wait while other guests figured out what to drink and the machine to do it's thing. I hate waiting for coffee. Maybe the higher floors with bigger balconies have a view of the water? Overall I picked this hotel over other ones for a balcony I could sit on and enjoy a view so I wouldn't book again.

This hotel brought a great little town cozy feel. We had a view of the lighthouse from our balcony window, which was perfect. We were also pleased to know that we were right across the street from a playground, mini-golf place, and large community pool. The hotel was very conveniently located between the beach, nice local restaurants, and downtown shopping. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly adequate. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and some attractions. Easy parking provided.

We absolutely loved staying here. Our second time actually. The staff was awesome, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. We hope to stay here time and time again on our visits to St. Simon's Island.

The location is unbeatable! Right across from the lighthouse. Walk to anything you want pretty much! And the trees/bushes smell really great! The rooms are spacious and clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. Many restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Our new fav hotel and definitely a spot we'll consider returning too next time we are in St Simons Island. Great front desk and out of this world coffee complement beautiful hardwood floored rooms with distinct character, all an easy stroll to great restaurants and the nearby lighthouse.
