假日谷酒店(The Inn at Holiday Valley)

It was a very unpleasant stay the hotel has no maintenance the back door does not close my wife and my son very worried that someone might enter they changed our room two more times and the same situation 😡 At breakfast we served food and juices to the lady who She works in the cleaning service she told us that we couldn't serve each other more than once, then she went and gave me a piece of paper to sign that we shouldn't go to breakfast the next day because we ate a lot and it was a "buffet". for her to give us breakfast. in a carry-out bag it was very embarrassing and it was because there was not enough food left for the employees is what she said I DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel definitely no one deserves that insecurity at the doors and to spend a humiliation at breakfast we paid the amount of $ 186.11 per night with taxes I went and canceled the next night, it is not a safe place and nobody has to humiliate you, I asked for the manager and she did NOT want to come out to talk to me and the lady at the reception said that she is inside but she will not come. Fue una estadía muy desagradable el hotel no tiene mantenimiento la puerta trasera no cierra mi esposa y mi hijo muy preocupados de que alguien pueda entrar cambiaron nuestra habitación dos veces más y la misma situación 😡 En el desayuno servimos comida y jugos la señora quien trabaja en el servicio de limpieza nos dijo que no podíamos servirnos más de una vez, luego fue y me dio un papel para firmar que no debíamos

We always love staying here. It’s family friendly and welcoming- while it could use a little sprucing up in places it’s generally clean and the staff are fantastic.

Check was easy and courteous. The room was dated but clean and in excellent shape. The property is in great condition.

Staying Slope side was a wonderful treat. Put on our gear and onto the lift steps away. Room was clea, lots of room. Hot tub and pool after skiing was fabulous. Can’t wait to come back again. Check in and all staff were super friendly

Beautiful property. Staff super nice. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were are nice and well kept. We will be coming back

Good location, dated property , but nothing wrong with it for 1 or 2 nights

Nice place. Good view from balcony. Good complimentary breakfast. Lots to do in ellicotteville. My bed was not super comfortable though.

I liked that breakfast was included. I liked the large room. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and the view was beautiful. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I didn’t like that John Harvard’s was remodeling so they put tables in a another room. Not the same experience.

The hotel is an older hotel that was clean but dated. The bathroom fan was very loud. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast.
